You just lost a loyal customer over half-and-half. You ran out of half-and-half and absolutely refused to open a container of milk so I can enjoy my coffee the way God intended. Half-and-half or milk is the default to add to coffee. Not flavored creamer or powdered creamer. The 19-year-old manager absolutely refused to give me milk. She wanted me to purchase milk to put in your coffee when you were out of half-and-half ?!?!? THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MANAGEMENT

I'm not quite sure why.I look on the gas buddy app for diesel fuel. It always shows their price about fifty cents cheaper Then it actually is.
Today is 1/19/25 And?
The gasbuddy app shows diesel fuel at$2.99 I did take a picture of their current pricing. I have changed the pricing on gas.Buddy back to the current pricing and it keeps going back $2.99.

Okay, first of all, this QT is okay. The employees are good, and I have not had any issues with customer service.
But what I saw this week definitely is unexpected the fountain drink area. I could not believe the Rust and Muck that sorounds that area.
This gas and food chain makes plenty of money not to take care of this kind of issue.
My concern is how dirty the back of the room where the fountain drinks are.
01/02/2025 what is up with this ice machine is been broken for the past 2 weeks it’s ridiculous come on QT get your machine fix ASAP!!

It's 5:54 on a Monday and all fountain drink and iced beverages are out of order. I can get past system issues but at least acknowledge the customer in front of you. I was rung up, paid, and said thank you to the side of someone's face. No other customer, just too busy talking to coworkers.

This is one of, if not the busiest QT in Arizona. It's always crowded here, the parking lot is a mess, they're constantly running out of thints, but I have to say these guys can clear a line faster than anyone else. They're also all friendly and I can tell they try their hardest. I think it's up to corporate to come up with solutions when it comes to running one of their busiest stores.

Bought this tea from the estrella location, didn't notice at first but after I shook it and then popped the top, almost swallowed but the taste was like old sour beer so I spit that junk out , something floating around inside , hope I don't catch anything and get sick.

Today I came in around 4:30 went into the women’s restroom and on the only available stall there was a big puddle of water I almost fell. One of the employees said she was cleaning it before I came in. I guess she forgot that part. I stepped out to meet my husband and in again and my 8 year old fell on wet floor by the fountain drinks. I went to let them know so they be careful. The same girl was there she called someone to cover the register. Once we were ready to pay both where there. I was telling the guy and both started like arguing with me that there was a yellow cone. No there was not. So I was like look I’m not gonna argue. I’m just telling you guys to be careful. But QT needs to show some of these employees to respect the customer was not being rude or anything until they pisded me off. Thank god my son didn’t get hurt or this would have been a different post. 🤬

We’re of state & went in to QuickTrip to get sodas.
As soon as we walked in, there was good energy! Even at 2:00 p.m. with 104 degrees outside!
Workers were helping everyone or cleaning.
A line started forming at the cash register.
Immediately, 2 more people came to help people check out.
The management and work ethic of the employees was something I seldom see nowadays.
Thank you. I will tell everyone I know about my incredible experience today!
