My brother was the guest here. Met with him at the hotel to complete guardianship stuff for our mother. The room was nice, clean and spacious (living area with desk) definitely bonus!! Spoke with the staff at the front desk they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was in town for two weeks with my crew working at Luke AFB. Booked our rooms at the Marriott Residence Inn Phoenix/Goodyear and couldn’t have been happier. Location was great. Area was great. Staff was great. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello every time I walked in the front door. Ms Chantel at the front desk was the absolute best. Very friendly, sweet, and always helpful. She greeted and spoke to me no matter where I saw her at in the hotel and she always asked how I was doing. I stay at Residence Inns all over the country 345 days a year. Very few of them stick in my mind. This one will and I am looking forward to staying there again next time I am in town. The washers and dryers were only $1.00 which was very nice. Hotel was always clean and housekeeping did a thorough job. 10/10.

Nice large room with a jaccuzi. The ac goes down to 60. Close to a few restaurants and not far from a Target and a few other nice stores. The patio is small.
Safety: No worries.

The sightless beautiful in the rooms were huge and amazing. We did have issues checking in and had to wait our room wasn't ready even though it was after the chicken time. The location was near a concert we were attending so it was really convenient. There were a few random little things in the room like small little pills I think Tylenol left in the room, hair on some of the towels, and a locks didn't work on one of the doors. Other than that everything was great. I love that there was a living room kitchen and dining area. I will definitely be coming back here again.

It's not a bad location, just up from the highway, so easy access. Staff is friendly and always available. Decent pool and hottub, room was big, bed was okay, plenty of pillows. If you eat the breakfast, I'd suggest sticking with the bagels or cold cereal, if you're an early riser and want to take advantage of the 4am coffee, prepare to remind the guy up front at about 3:45am.
Overall, it's not bad for the price.

I was in a last minute pinch, but they came through to secure a great room for me, while on my business trip.
Rooms: Nice kitchen area, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups & silverware?

Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Nice pool. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel. Large and comfortable room. The breakfast provided each day was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hot tub was awesome and we loved to walk by the fire pit each night also.

I was there while paerent visited. The usually chose this hotel when they come into town. The location is nice to be off the freeway, but not close enough to hear it. The rooms are well prepped and staff seems nice enough for a visiting son.

I stayed at the residence Inn with me and my five kids due to a domestic situation that I was going through. My total stay was for three nights however on the fourth night I decided to check out because I wasn’t sure if I had the funds to stay due to it being New Year’s Eve weekend. I l waited in the lobby for a little over an hour And inform the front desk agent that I would be waiting there and asked her if it was okay. She informed me that it was completely fine. After walking back-and-forth the manager eventually came to me and told it had been a while since I checked out and that I needed to leave if I wasn’t going to check back in. To be clear she knew I was there due to a domestic dispute and she did not care at all. She told me that I could stay if I made a reservation so I told her to make me one just in case I decided to check back in. After after she suggested that to me she walked away and came back and said that she would have to charge me now for the reservation. I informed her I just needed a few more minutes so that I could figure it all out and she told me that I would have to leave if I wasn’t going to pay right then and there. After about 20 minutes the police came to the door and asked me to leave the premises. I explain to them the situation and they patiently waited there with me trying to find me resources for me and my children and after that Took a while they waited while I called a ride to come pick me up. At that point I did have the funds to stay another night but I did not want to because I felt very uncomfortable. I was there with my six-month-old three-year-old four-year-old nine-year-old and 10-year-old. They were not jumping around they were sitting there quietly on their devices not bothering anyone. They were not loud nor disruptive. In spite me being there with my kids as a past guest and honors member I was still told to leave and the police were called on me for absolutely no reason at all so I have no choice but to believe that this was racially motivated and will be taking further action.Noteworthy details: Racist manager.
