Not only do these people not care, they are also incompetent.DO NOT use this pharmacy. Take your chance with Walgreens across the parking lot. You WILL regret using this Safeway Pharmacy.

The lady at the deli area with the highlights and glasses with a flower hairpiece was rude and not very bright. Asked her a question about something and she repeated an answer that had nothing to do with the question we asked. At first I wasn't that upset because maybe I confused her with my question but then she started giving us attitude. I got upset after the attitude started coming at us.

Excellent pharmacy. We've known the pharmacists for close to 20 years. They know us by name, they know our medications, and they remind us when our vaccines are due. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I had thought that getting a vaccination would be such an ordeal, I would have just skipped it.. This pharmacy is totally disorganised.

They texted me twice to tell me my perscription is ready. I go to pickup and it's not ready. Only half of it is ready and I can't use half of it I need the other half. So I left empty handed I guess it'll be in tomorrow.

I have all my scripts with Safeway yesterday my scripts were do and the pharmacy told me my scripts were stuck in the computer and here I am again today and I'm still out of my medications

I went here today. The women at the front as well as the Pharmacist and Tech were very helpful and friendly. They helped me out tremendously. I usually go to the one on Litchfield which is also great but they were out of my med. They were so accommodating and were able to find a solution for me. I'm so appreciative. Thank you. Keep up the good work!!!

Suffering with a bad toothache. Dropped off the script to Justin at the pharmacy. He said he had it and it'll be ready in an hour and a half. I said please text me when it's ready. 4 hours later with no text I proceeded to the store to find out what's the holdup. Come to find out he had the extended version time release which was not on my RX script. So therefore a script not filled and not even a courtesy call to tell me. Also when I got in line there was seven people ahead of me. You know what it's like when you got a toothache that's throbbing into your skull and you don't have any patience? Well here you go you guys deserve my one star

After our other local pharmacy started closing on the weekends, it was time to find a place where I could pick up my prescriptions at convenient times. Safeway has been very helpful and convenient! Grateful they are there.

Thanks Safeway for THE ugliest cake I have ever seen!!! Everyone recommended this great job they do, this is the embarrassing junk I just picked up for $30 And I have zero time to fix it The description was mostly green decorations, girly , and the Girl Scout emblem and the words troop 6712 I went to customer care desk and the young girl literally said “that’s the worst I have ever seen, they normally do great, am so sorry” end of story

Absolutely disappointed. How can you be a functioning pharmacy and not answer the phone during business hours?
