Never had a problem with this pharmacy.The staff is always nice. I rarely encounter a line.

Yesterday, me and husband went to the pharmacy to get our 60 and older RSV and Flu shot. When we got to the window the pharmacy said we were to late to get our shots he had two people Bach there already. I called on my lunchtime and talked to someone at lunchtime. I told her I could not make it until 5:00 o’clock . She said that’s no problem we close at 7:00. When we got to the window the pharmacy said it’s 5:30. We are not taking anymore people. You can try tomorrow I replied it’s going to be about the same time we both work. I felt it could have been handle another way. I felt I was judge by the color of my skin. In a work place there is no place for ignorant. His attitude was wrong. I am aware we are all have bad days. But where is the customer service. I love getting my shots at Safeway it’s clean and usually polite. I did not get the woman name that told me to come in and I did not need an appointment . My loss.

They don't answer the phone. Doctor sent prescription three times yet "they didn't receive it". Moving on.

No bueno! Didn't even let me know my Dr called in a prescription I really needed. I call them and they basically say, " oh yah, it's been called in let us fill it! " why the hell wasn't it done yesterday when it was called in?!?! Horrible Then when you go to pick ur meds up except at least a 20 min wait in line! Complete incompetent people working there! Never have I dealt with such horrible service! Def switching no body needs this BS in their lives!

doesnt answer their phones and didn’t call to say they were out of stock of COVID meds.. that they had to order them and i couldn’t get them for 2 more days.

This store is terrible. They never have their advertised specials in stock. Many times the Digital Offers don't work. When you go back to get it corrected they give you your money back but not the tax. Unreal. I finally gave up on them after many "bait and switches" with their advertised deals.

This store sells out of date food. This is not the first time, I bought a pack of Johnsonville sausage. Once I got home and went to grill a couple up, when I opened the pack they smelt bad, were slimy- I check the best by date. They were out of date. I brought them immediately back. I was offered my money back. That is it ... no coupon.

Worst service EVER! I tried to use delivery service for the first time. BIG mistake! About an hour after specified delivery time, NO delivery. I checked my bank account and the charge was displayed! I called the store to ask about my order and instead of owning up to THEIR mistake, they said there was a problem with my card! I then called the bank who explained that if a card problem were to occur, the charge would NOT appear on my account! Why did NO one from Safeway contact me regarding any delay? Why did the Safeway representative lie about my card and try to twist their errors back onto me? So now it’s OVER 2 hours past delivery time, my Just 4 U points have been deducted, my bank has been charged but I have no order and Safeway won’t return my calls! Obviously MY time has NO value as far as Safeway is concerned! The whole encounter seems dishonest if not fraudulent. I do not recommend Safeway. If you are looking for convenience, GO ELSEWHERE!!

Visiting here. And the best way to assess a grocery store is first can you find everything EASILY. The answer is YES. Clear and bright signs. The lighting is super bright (not dingy) so you can clearly see down the aisles. The aisles were clear of junk. There were plenty of cashiers when we were checking out. We were in and out in no time and had everything we wanted.

This pharmacy fails to communicate with my doctor on refills and fails to communicate with me if the prescription has been filled. I have requested on three separate occasions that they email or text me when my prescription has been filled that have agreed to do so but they failed. Medication is too important to accept poor work habits from employees.

I love this Safeway. It's conveniently close and the produce is always fresh. Their deli has good food as well as I get dinner form their from time to time. I have never used their pharmacy so I am not sure about that but the staff is always super friendly and helpful int he entire store. I would say that it would be nice for them to have more dietary options (vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, etc). Also, the Starbucks in the Safeway has old merchant software that needs to be upgraded but Safeway has not done this yet.

This review is for the Starbucks department. I had the misfortune of trying to get a Starbucks order yesterday, Wednesday, May 26, 2021. Even though there were three employees working behind the Starbucks platform, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. This made me very late for work. And of course the order was incorrect. I ordered a double bacon croissant instead I got a Gouda sandwich I tried to sandwich took one bite it was terrible I threw it away a loss of money. Also, I ordered a extra dry cappuccino this was of course also prepared incorrectly even though I clearly stated that is supposed to be very light and described exactly what I wanted they of course ignored those requests. Basically they gave me a glass of warm milk with coffee flavoring. That is not a cappuccino. I think it would not be inappropriate to let the Starbucks district manager know how terrible job employees are doing. In fact I wouldn't mind if he or she personally brought a replacement croissant sandwich and correctly prepared cappuccino to my workplace at their time money and expense of course. Thumbs down!!!
