Ordered a custom cake and it had hair in it. Customer service was awesome gave me a refund but when I reported to the bakery staff they didn’t offer an apology or anything. They also didnt have on hair nets.

Love this store, very friendly manager and staff, very helpful. App is so easy to use, great pharmacy staff and almost always has the medications in stock unlike Walgreens my old pharmacy.

Safeway has beautiful produce, a great bakery, and I like ordering for pick up on the app. Some of their sales are awesome, though in general they are a more pricey store

Safeway gets five stars today! I saved $165 on my shopping bill using the app and membership card. Safeway has deals that will fit anybody's budget. Go Go to the Safeway that's in your neighborhood and get the deals like I did!

I went in to buy some chicken and potato wedges. The man behind the counter insisted on helping me. He wasn't wearing gloves and opened my bag with his bare hands, then stuck my food in the bags. I honestly don't appreciate him being so careless. I asked a different person over the counter to please redo my wedges and he had a nasty attitude and looked at me like I was crazy. He wasn't young so he should've been more understanding. I've decided that I do not want to ever go back to this Safeway. I dont like putting up with people's attitude when you're a paying customer.

The folks at the Litchfield Park Safeway are just great---except in the Deli Department. Two employees there are just "sour-pusses". They get upset if you ask them questions about the freshness of what's on display like the chicken or potatoes. Those two detract from the great shopping experience when dealing with the other employees who are so friendly and helpful.

I ordered a rib roast for Thanksgiving 999 a pound. I never paid that much but I thought this year it was special. I had a guest coming from out of town. I ordered a 4 to 4 1/2 pound rib roast when I got there a large end . Rib roast had had the ugliest I’ve ever seen when I looked at it They had several roast up there. They were nice then I went to the meat. They had several roast out there. They were nice so opt not to take the one that they wanted to give me that I ordered three days ahead of time I got one out of the meat counter much better looking and a dollar more so I paid 1099 for a rib roast. I didn’t care at that time. I was a little upset of what they really wanted to give me all the time I would expected a little better service and decent roast I shop there all the time. I never thought I’d be disappointed, but I was so disappointed today. I don’t like being charged a dollar more than what’s advertised. I’ll never do a special order there again.
