Brandon from the meat department was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find frozen marrow bones for my dog. He guided me to the usual spot they would be in and when they weren't there,he went to go check in the back and after a few minutes came back with them! I was so happy and so was my dog.Amazing customer service!

Still don't appreciate a grocery store without cashiers, but the facility is clean and basic, but the staff has lost their sense of customer service.

Some of the electric carts for handicap were stolen from this store. Every time I tried to find a cart to use there were none to be had. I called corporate 8 times and not once have I received a call from store manager or district manager. I find it ironic that this store is located in a retirement are and elderly/ handicapped have no way to shop but when visiting other Albertsons/ Safeway locations there are plenty of carts. Thank you store manager/ district manager for caring for your customers.

I should have taken pictures. I seen unclean bathrooms in the past,but the one in Estrella mountain in Goodyear AZ., is one for the record book. The men's bathroom the sink was leaking water on the floor. The paper towel machine was missing its cover and barely worked. There was no TP paper to be found anywhere. And generally looked like no one had done any cleaning in a long time. Shame on you Safeway owner. Douglas

At the person who shops her every single day, I encounter the best of the best and the worst. I can say that the butchers overall are amazing and helpful. The deli a little slow at times but always cheerful. Today Kathleen at the self checkout was rude and condescending. Unable to honor one of the just for u coupons (I have NEVER had this occur). I had to walk back take a picture as she refused to go. Needless to say Kathleen should not work in customer service.

What a horrible shopping experience! Safeway’s customer service has gone downhill! Poor Customer Service. Safeway doesn’t seem to care about his customers anymore and yet they keep raising their food prices. They’re probably one of the most expensive grocery stores out there. I won’t be shopping there anytime soon. I’ve been a customer since 1973 and I am 10. Not to be back anytime soon I don’t work for that store. Why should I have to do check out when you have a grocery cart full of items it’s nearly impossible to do self checkout there isn’t the room to put your groceries while you’re scanning your items , it’s a horrible experience. My recommendation is to find a better grocery store.

Pastries from the bakery are often overly sweet to the point of tasting cheap (corn syrup instead of sugar) & ultimately inedible. Avoid anything with frosting. Their sushi doesn't taste fresh and their fried deli foods always taste really dry.Prices are much higher than the other grocery chains. They expect us to use their time intensive digital coupon app to get the majority of their "sale" prices.I'm not recommending the Walmart across the street, but there are several other grocery stores a few minutes away.

The store front manager Krystal Rubio is extremely rude and shouldn’t be in management displaying the behavior she does towards customers. If the price of an item is not scanning correctly why is it the customer’s responsibility to go and check? My item didn’t ring up right and she said well you can go check it while there was a line. And went and checked it and then told her the barcode isn’t scanning and she said “Oh well that’s all I can do is give you what the price says on the app.” Instead of checking it herself. Also if a product has a manufacturer coupon your store should honor it. Whoever is putting items out is removing coupons that are placed on the item. In particular the Origin water. I purchased two and only one of them out of 6 available had a coupon and she also didn’t want to honor that.

I just had the worst experience at the Starbucks with the male employee with long hair. He was extremely unprofessional and straight out rude. He called out my drink and I didn't hear what he was saying. So I clarified before I just picked up the drink. He then yelled at me "is that not what you ordered? The toasted? Thats what i just said." Then continued to be rude to all the following customer's. On top of it, I was with my 2 young children who even noticed the less than professional interaction. Will not be coming back.

The quality of Safeway's service is horrific! Don't waste your time having your groceries deliver, they won't get a correct! Safeway we can take a lesson from the other grocery stores such as Walmart or target when it comes to their home delivery! Never had so much trouble with a home delivery service. We definitely looking for other places to have home delivery.
