Horrible customer service, wasnt greeted when I came in through the door . There was two employees a male and female and not one bothered to ask if I needed help. Horrible attitude when checking out not a thank you have a good day. Taking business else where. Don’t care if I have to drive further.

Dissatisfied. I wasn’t greeted when I came in. I wasn’t asked if I need any help. And during the transaction process, I wasn’t asked I fI found everything ok. Which I didn’t. When another couple came in they greeted them as they came in. I wouldn’t recommend this Sally’s. Customer service is bad.

Closed early 40 mins tonight. As we approached she looked at us and SHOOED us away. There’s other Sally’s and beauty stores with better service

I recently visited Sally's Beauty as a customer looking for some dark brown hair color to touch up my Sister's grey roots. I observed Melissa helping a customer as I patiently waited to be next to ask a question. I wanted to get a brand recommendation for color that would be best to cover gray and mix well with a developer 20. You could quickly tell, Melissa was very passionate and educated on color products. I ended up choosing ION 4NN - deep brown. The color ended up looking beautiful and richly pigmented while covering all the grey hair.I loved that the store was organized, clean, and they had plenty of stock.Thank you! Great job on product education and customer service!!

Gave my mom attitude when she went in, I also went in and the two ladies working seemed more interested in their own conversation rather than doing their actual job. Go to the one in Avondale by harkins instead.

Do not go here. Worst Sally’s in the area, I will drive 30 minutes to another store to avoid going here. Horrible customer service, especially Debbie.

My experience at Sally Beauty Supply was extremely satisfying! I had help finding exactly what I needed and if a product was out I was told to check back after their truck deliveries. I would recommend Sally's Beauty to everyone! ? Be safe!

This is one Sally's I avoid, they're hours say they close at 7 but they close at 6 sometimes earlier and they hardly have anything in stock...it's better to go to a different Sally's or ulta down the way
