DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!!Had blood tests done a week ago Thursday for a physical appointment today and had NO results in my portal. Called and was told that since one test was still waiting for a result, nothing is posted until all test results are complete! So asked it my Dr received the test results and was given the same answer - not until all results are in!I have spent over 50 years in healthcare and have NEVER heard a more asinine, foolish or an incompetent response as this one.Why do they not send test results as completed?Why not - because they are INCOMPETENT!!Go next door to Banner or down the hill to Abrazo until they can provide adequate customer service. You can be assured that I will be telling all my contacts in Estrella to avoid using Sonora Quest Labs!!Maybe Dave Dexter, CEO should pay more attention to the customer service they are NOT providing!!

This lab is appointment ONLY ! which is very nice because the wonderful ladies took their time with my baby. It was a team effort but they were knowledgeable, quick, gentle and patient! I’m a phlebotomist myself and these ladies did great. I will be bringing my child back for future lab work if needed.

I had to get a last minute labwork, done on Monday. I had been going to labcorp and getting an appt last minute there is impossible. So I made one here. I ended up going to the wrong one at first. Once I got to the right lab, (it's inside a Safeway and quite nice actually) I told them my situation. No one told me no, no one told me they can't do that, no one made me wait for an hour so they could figure it out. They understood, they were kind and accommodating, and patient. I had an appointment at 10:15am. My blood was drawn, I paid, and I was set up in the system for my weekly recurring appt in less then 20 min. It took labcorp 6 hour long visits, before they could figure out how to do set up my order. My out of pocket cost was even 8 dollars cheaper. I was so impressed that, I will be coming here now, instead of labcorp.

I was in and out very quickly. 40 minutes from the time I left my house and came back. The technician that took my blood was very good. I got stuck once and though my blood ran slow she didn’t collapse my vein by moving the needle around. Very pleased with the experience.

If the front desk associate was more concerned about her job rather than what I’m doing with my newborn, I would have given a better review. Her snotty attitude along with telling me “your baby is hungry” while she’s crying as I was juggling a car seat, a diaper bag, and her all while trying to reach for her bottle was a no for me. Staring at me after I’ve been feeding her and then saying “is this your first baby?” Like I was doing that wrong too… Will not go back and regret not telling her off.

I've had appointments at labcorp and had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Today I thought I scheduled an appointment but it did not go through she stated they could take me as walk in with a 20min wait . Very polite and understanding and the gal who drew my blood WOW didn't feel a thing 6 miles later. Awesome ladies keep up good work.

My son had a scheduled appointment this morning for a lab draw. We were told by his PCP they would enter the orders into the computer and Sonora Quest could print them out on their end when we arrived. My son followed direction by the doctor to be fasting before hand. He was also told they would need a urine sample. When we arrived we were told my son the tech behind the counter that he really needed to void as soon as possible. She was unconcerned and refused to give him a cup stating she needed orders first. My son was in a great deal of pain and told her so. She seemed really unconcerned. He became frustrated due to lack of empathy and left the office when he left he pulled the door to close it. It slammed shut. It was unintentional on his part he just wanted to get to a bathroom as soon as possible due to the urgency. He recently had passed kidney stones. I got up to leave the office to follow him I also told the tech I would call the PCP's office to get the orders sent. She responded to me very rudely and said well if he is going to slam doors we aren't treating him.! I am extremely upset with the way we were treated. I am a medical professional and have never treated a patient like she treated my son. She needs to learn to be empathetic and polite. If she had been more accommodating and provided a specimen cup and let my son void while we contacted the doctors office this could have been easily resolved. This obviously was not the case here.

I made an appt for several blood tests from three physicians and everything went smoothly. I truly like this location.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomist always gets my vein on the first try, and I’m usually difficult. The facility is always clean. My go to lab all the time.

Last time I went, Iforgot my paperwork. The techs searched for it in their system. Luckily the doctor had sent it. Once that was solved, my blood draw was quick and mostly painless. Appointments are easier to get at this office.
