Really amazing people that work here. I've brought my son who is autistic and has DS. He needs to be held down by 3-4 people to get his blood drawn. Each time we go , they're always caring of his needs and are quick and efficient. We so appreciate them caring for our son.

I had a great experience at the Buckeye location! The ladies there were all so kind, helpful, and professional. It broke my heart to see how rudely some customers treated them, but they handled it with grace and positivity. Special shout-out to Ashley — she was absolutely amazing!

Clarissa is an amazing phlebotomist. Friendly, caring, professional, skilled, and willing to go the extra mile. While she was incredible and the front office attendant (Katrina) was kind, I can't give five stars because the online portal and helpline absolutely suck. I tried for over an hour to gain access to my lab results. Even though I answered all of the questions correctly about myself to verify my identity, it's still locked me out. My only other option was to receive my lab results by email. Even though it has been several days, I still don't have my lab results, which is very frustrating. Thankfully, the staff was nice at the Goodyear location, but the online system (and LexisNexis who provides the cyber security) is hot garbage, IMHO.

The Phlebotomist named Perla and Katrina both are great. They always keep smiling, I have to do three hour’s glucose test, and their skills are excellent. They easy to find blood vessels on my thin arm.

I brought my 7 year old as a walk in to get her labs done, we were out in less than 20 min. Jessica was amazing, she made sure my daughter was comfortable and explained every step to her so she wouldn't be scared.

The staff and office were very nice! My non-appointment lab draw went very smoothly with minimal wait. There are tablets where you check in which are handy, but the buttons are frankly too small for many of the older patients who need to use it. It was also not easy to find since there were no signs along the road or on the building itself, so be careful to take note of the map and where you'll need to turn, so you don't overshoot it and end up having to make an obnoxious loop to get back to the right place again.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my 16-year-old had at the lab during her recent blood draw. Madison was the technician assigned to her, and unfortunately, she missed the vein twice. My daughter had to endure being poked multiple times, which was upsetting and completely avoidable with proper skill and confidence.
Madison even asked me to go get her co-worker, Noemi, who was in Room 1, to finish the blood draw. Noemi stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. She was quick, efficient, and clearly experienced—everything you hope for in someone performing a medical procedure on your child. It was also evident that she felt genuinely sorry for how things had gone.
I sincerely hope better training and oversight is provided to staff like Madison in the future. While I appreciate Noemi’s professionalism, this experience was stressful and disappointing for both me and my daughter.
