  I didn't visit the salon but I did do some shopping within the store. The staff are a bit pushy and watched my every move which was uncomfortable. The cashiers were a delight and returns were easy and attendants there were also helpful. Clothing is a bit pricey, but it's worth it when looking for a specific type of jean pants. I also picked up some colognes and received a free gift., not bad. I would recommend this store regardless of the treatment I received from the floor staff because of the friendly cashiers and the person i spoke with at the return desk.

  I love going to the JCPENNEY salon in Goodyear. They are fantastic. They are very nice and respectful. Kyla my hairstylist knows my hair, she does a wonderful job. Every single time I can my hair looks fabulous. I also take my mom with me. I love going back to the salon.

  I’ve had the pleasure of getting two completely different looks done by Alondra, and both times she nailed it beyond my expectations!
  
  The first transformation was a bold black-to-vibrant hot pink color melt with voluminous curls – and let me just say, it was a total head-turner! The color was rich, dimensional, and perfectly blended, and the styling gave it that extra pop. I felt like a whole new person!
  
  The second look was a sleek, layered red with soft black lowlights that gave my hair the perfect contrast and depth. The cut added so much movement and shape, and the vibrant color literally glowed. It was stunning from every angle.

  I had a KC Express treatment done by Alondra, and I am absolutely blown away by the results! My hair has never felt this smooth, sleek, and manageable. The shine is unreal, and the frizz is completely gone—it honestly feels like silk!
  Alondra is incredibly skilled and professional. She explained every step of the treatment, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and worked with such precision and care. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in her work.

  I can not tell you how many compliments I have received since I got my hair done by the amazing Vanessa. My hair had many layers of box dye and just needed a new look. I completely trusted Vanessa with what she suggested to do and it turned out absolutely amazing!! I love the new look and how it has given me that boost of confidence that I needed.   After 3 years of looking for a hair stylist who listens to me I found Kyla. She has been my go to stylist for almost 5 years now. She is so great at what she does. Kyla is honest and will tell me what works and what will not. She has suggested hair product that has made my hair grow stronger. The color she chooses fades out gradually and I get more compliments on my style. I know when I walk in to see her my next 2 hours will be relaxing but also entertaining. She is the best!!!!

  Moved from out of state, had a hard time finding a hairdresser. Called around a few JC Penny locations and came across this location. The person who picked up my call was amazing, friendly, and very helpful for what I was looking for. She made an appointment with Libby. Libby is amazing. we chatted about what I was looking to do. She listened and explained things and that I might want to try something different. It would be healthier for my hair.
