Mariah provided absolutely incredible service, I was in town to visit my Grandfather for the weekend and of course he had me drop off a package for him lol. Lucky for me, the process was quick and painless, I was warmly greeted, nicely explained the process, and out of there in no less than two minutes. Thank you Mariah for an absolutely stellar impression!

Blake was absolutely amazing at this location. I had many, many Amazon return items. He was very patient with me, especially when I gave him the wrong scan code and had to fix it. He was very sweet and understanding. Great customer service!

Bad delivery they delivery my package at another address and handed to another person and also sigh by the person they should ask for a id and verify if the same person name on the package this is the second time it happen ...work more professional

We had a large, heavy and odd shaped item to ship. From my phone call to ask questions, through the packaging and shipping process I received nothing but outstanding customer service from Jasper and the other team members. I highly recommend this store for your shipping needs and especially want to thank Jasper again for his excellent service and patience.

I literally cannot explain how AMAZING my experience was at this store. Amar helped me for over an hour this morning to ensure that my package could be sent. I was mailing a bike for my partner's triathlon this weekend and it had to be sent today to make it in time but the box was too big. We had to reposition and repackage and eventually take the handlebars off the bike itself with the help of Elisa. I honestly don't know what I would have done had I not encountered these amazing humans today. Thank you SO much!

I am new in the area and have had to return several items in the past month. I have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I told them they are so nice I might order some things I don't need just for the great service I get when doing returns! LOL

I would like to give a shout out to Mariah at the UPS store on Estrella Parkway for her outstanding customer service. I needed to get some copies of my tax forms printed as well as a file from my email. Mariah explained that I needed to email the file to the number at the store and she would print it off from her computer. I also needed to send my tax return via certified mail and she helped out with that as well. I have been to this location several times in the past and Mariah has always been super helpful and super friendly. Thank you Mariah for all that you do!!
I highly recommend the UPS store on Estrella for all your mailing needs.
