I have been using this location for a couple of years and have always been pleased with their level of customer service. Every employee is friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. Recently, my friend sent a package with her name on it instead of mine and she had the incorrect box number. A couple of days after we thought we would have received the item, my husband went to the store and asked about it, after describing the item and answering only a couple of questions, the two young ladies working that morning knew exactly which box he was talking about. They have many customers but somehow make me feel like a priority.

I really can't understand the negative reviews people are leaving. I have been a customer for over 10 years . 2 owners. The people have aways been very attentive and professional. I'm always met with a smile and a hello. Definitely would give the girls 10 stars if it was Possible. Keep up the good work!!

Shunned- I drove 2 hour from my home waste of my time. I got about have way across the room and the young lady asked me “Do you have a tracking.#?” As I walked in with my RMA # for my Dyson Return. She pointed at the door and told me to drive to a hub down the street. They do not accept Dyson here.FYI- The hub down the street had no clue what a RMA # was. This is definitely a training opportunity. Time to call it quits for the day. I guess I will try again tomorrow.Now the next day I visited the UPS Store on 485 S Watson Rd, Ste 103, Buckeye, AZ 85326. Fast-Easy-Delivery. I walked in with my RMA # for my Dyson return. Rebecca knew exactly what I needed to do. She listened to my request and helped with all my shipping needs...amazing. Thank You, Rebecca.

I visited the UPS store in Goodyear with the intention of mailing out some food items about one hour ago. As someone who had never done this before, I was hoping to receive some guidance on the process. However, I encountered a young female employee, with dark hair pulled back into a low braid who was about 5'3 (she wasn't wearing a name tag) who was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite explaining that I knew it was possible to mail food, she insisted that the store couldn't assist me and suggested going to the warehouse instead. I asked if another UPS store could help me but she didn't have an answer. Another customer was present at the time. I requested to speak to the manager because I thought maybe she was new, but the employee refused to provide me with that information. She pointed to a business card with a phone numbers to the store. I knew that if I called those numbers, she'd answer as she seemed like the only employee there. In the midst of our interaction, she began yelling at me and even threatened to call the police. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling shocked. I ended up contacting the police myself, although I realized that it was unnecessary and should have been resolved by a manager but she wouldn't provide me their information. I eventually went to another UPS store in Litchfield where a helpful employee explained how to properly package and mail the food items. That is all the other girl needed to do. After reading the reviews below, It is disappointing that the UPS store in Goodyear continues to enable her behavior by keeping her employed. I have also filed a complaint w the UPS corporate company. I’m hoping the owner reaches out to me. I have been informed that I am not allowed to return to the store for a year, but honestly, I am hesitant to go back after such a negative experience. It is important for the manager or owner to be aware of this employee's behavior and how it impacts customers. I had to give a 1 star to post this review, even though it doesn’t deserve it.

This place is horrible! Terrible customer service by Maritza,lack of communication,is loud and yells at customers. Gets distracted not attentive would highly not recommend!!

Poor customer service from Alexis. Condescending. Confusion over printed label being accepted at this specific store; could have been handled with grace. Do better.

Went to local store to have a label printed. Girl at the counter told me I had to email her the link to print the label. Then she stepped away from the counter & didn't help after that. Was rude & short with me.

There are 2 girls and a taller man that are great. The other 2 younger gentlemen are super rude and always seem angry to-do their job.

The sweet dark haired girl that works in the afternoons is always so nice. Thank you for that. Plus it smells so good in that store and I have no idea why lol.
