This branch is a complete waste of time money and space. The employees are as stupid as can be but they are just a direct reflection of their management, the manager that barley speaks English Jose. He is useless rude and unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful. Sad to think that US. Bank allows him and his staff to represent their company.

This bank and it's practices are absolutely horrendous. My husband and I went to go open!a joint account with them. He already has a personal account, but we decided to just close his original account and transfer everything to our new joint account. First off, their fees are absolutely greedy and ridiculous. I may be spoiled, as I had only ever had an account with AZ Federal (a credit union) (love them). The deposits operations department at this branch is absolute garbage. They are completely ridiculous. First of all, they said that we could connect his old card number to our new account. We even thought this was odd and suspicious and questioned the banker about this multiple times, but she reassured us that it was the case. That was not true, we later found out the hard way when we were charged a hefty overdraw fee for a payment that we were told would forward to our new account. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, a day or so later, (the night before our wedding) they completely locked both of us out of all three accounts (his original checking that they have still miserably failed to close, our joint checking, along with our joint savings). They claimed they did this because I had failed to provide proper identification. That is completely untrue. I provided them with everything the day we opened the account, as well as a second time when they requested it when I visited to inquire about the overdraft fee. We have called and sat in the phone for hours upon hours this week, but to no avail. Now, we will have to go down to their branch as soon as they open on the day of our wedding and hope to God that they allow us to take out the cash that we need to go pay back a restaurant that is currently holing our ID's because we all of a sudden had no way to pay.

The bank is horrible! Opened an account to go with a heloc account. We ended up going elsewhere for a loan because they wouldn't answer our questions. Then they want to charge 24.95 a month for our checking account! Went in to close the account. It took over 30 minutes . They wrote the closing check on paper instead of on a check blank. I finally asked for the money in cash. The guy kept working on whatever he needed to do to cancel the check. I asked several times to do his paperwork AFTER I rec'd my money. Finally got my cash They seem to be lost and can't handle anything.

Worse customer service by Mr Monteroso. Always difficult to deal. Went back to US Bank to make a deposit. Surprise Jose was working again. Gave us a huge attitude and lied saying he had an appointment it was 5:45 PM. Will start the process to change banks. Google can you add 0 stars?

Thank you Jose!I had to cash a check and went to 2 other locations and was told that the banks had no money. That was hard to believe and went to this bank as my last attempt. I met Jose, he was very nice and cashed the check with no problems.I ended up opening a bank account at this location just because the way the staff treats me speciality Jose, the manager.

I switched 4 of my accounts to from Bank of America to USBank just for the customer service skills of the branch manager Jose Monterroso. I went to the branch and he took the time to explained in details the in and outs of the bank procedures.I'm buying a property out of the country and had to wire a payment every month every time I visit the branch, Jose is very polite and go an extra mile to assist me with my needs.I will never go anywhere else for my banking needs. US Bank and Jose Monterroso had exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Mr. Monterroso!

Why is Jose still working there?. I read all the recent reviews and it makes me not wanting to come to this branch at all. I wanted to open a new account with US Bank but I'll think about it.

Went there for a notary, and come to find out Jose the manager tells me I need an appointment but when I called they told me that they would be available till 6:00pm, Jose was Rude and look annoyed as i was telling him the truth. The teller that answer the phone did not mention anything about appointment, this folks were very unprofessional and seem clueless of what was going on. I'm closing my account and moving to Chase.

Been with them for a long time. Trying to do a wire transfer and keep getting wrong information. Then they dont tell you about the 1pm cut off. Holding funds from Navy Federal for 11 days. Staff is rude. I will be closing all 3 accounts. They have gone down hill in the last 6 months. Window service completely bad.Update: Went back today BEFORE 1pm. Now the rude little manager Jose says you have to make an appt. Day 4 going there and another excuse. His attitude and customer service is beyond terrible. Had to drive to another location which did the wire xfer in less than 15 min.Another up date. They call and say they are looking into the issues. They promise to call back and now nothing. The customer service keeps going down hill. Run from this banking institution as fast as possible. Thier word and ethics stink.

I went for an international wire transfer and it took three visits. The first time I arrived after 2 pm. cut off. The second time the girl didn't know how to send correctly. The third time before make appointment I got very rude attitude from the branch manager name Jose.

I went to this location on 3/4 2021 at approximately 4 pm to do a wire transfer, but the branch manager Jose was so rude and did not help me at all. So I closed my account I can't believe that a manager doesn't have any people skills. He should be demoted or minimum send to some training so he can learn some people skills.

By far the worst location lately. They have gotten rid of the tellers that actually keep the line moving and now we wait between 30 mins to an hour. I've been next in line for 30 mins and not seeing an end in sight! Please open the Estrella location instead. This is getting beyond ridiculous!
