“One thing that should be known is im an out state buyer, Listey they did a great job, great service answered all my questions, worked with me consistently... awesome experience like almost 5/5 BUT then once I payed for the vehicle I felt like I got ghosted a little bit, no answers, multiple calls with next day call back. No explanation of what happens next. Not terrible but just annoying... seems like they didn't care after the sell. I get it but figured others would know.”

That kind of direct, responsive communication made all the difference — I was invited back to the dealership, my concerns were heard, and this time the follow-through matched the promise. My vehicle was taken back in and the team did their due diligence, properly investigating and addressing each issue rather than rushing it out the door. I was also provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time my car was being worked on, so I wasn't left without a way to get around. It's clear that when the right person is communicating and the team takes the time to actually get things right, the experience can turn around completely. Jordyn and the service team earned back my trust, and I'd definitely recommend this dealership based on how this was handled. Definitely recommended.”
