I went to this store to make a purchase and I wanted to use my aarp card for the points. When one of the employees told me that they don’t even scan the aarp card which I know they do ( from making a previous purchase) at this store. So I called back to talk to another employee (manager) and I was told they do take those cards and went back in that store ( with my purchase) where they could add my card but not only were he suppose to cancel the previous charge and redo the purchase using my card.. they charged me twice for the same item. So no …I wouldn’t refer this store to anyone.. I won’t be doing anymore business at this store either. 1 star is just too many. 0 stars would be more like it.

Looking for something to do or just want to waste some time? Then this is the place for you! This place is the worst, especially after surgery when you are in pain. After being promised that my prescriptions would be ready at a certain time, I went to pick them up only to find out that they weren't ready and had to go back a few hours later! How difficult is it to get off your phone for a minute and fill a bottle with a few pills? They need to get their ish together. I won't be going back!

I am honestly shocked, embarrassed and upset that they refused to fill my prescription because it was birth control and they don't believe in it?! How can a professional be allowed to refuse a prescribed medicine from a doctor to their patient. If this person has these feelings, they should not be in charge of filling prescriptions to anyone at all. I will say that the woman who helped me at the desk was extremely apologetic and nice about it but you can tell that she even felt embarrassed to tell me that they wouldn't do it. I truly cannot believe this. They ended up transferring to a Walgreens that would fill it for me but I had to then drive there and wait for another 30 min when it should have been ready. Disappointed in some humans right now.

We spend thousands of dollars every month on products and prescriptions here. We received several notifications that our prescriptions were ready for pick-up. We drove to this location and were told the Pharmacy was closed indefinitely! Several prescriptions had to be ordered and are sitting there, but they refused to transfer them to another Walgreens! The manager and staff were VERY Uncaring, Unhelpful and RUDE! Now we are going without our needed prescriptions! The Doctor's offices are closed for the weekend and Walgreens refused to help at all! The uncaring attitude of the staff was Shocking and beyond disappointing! WE HAVE A CHOICE & WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WALGREENS OR CVS AGAIN!

Imagine our surprise when we show up and find out the pharmacy is closed and the attitude given when asked how to get a prescription. Guess don't plan on getting sick on the weekends.

Seems like I’m not the only person that has issues with this pharmacy. My prescription was sent in and I waited more than 5 BUSINESS DAYS while out of my medication. I called everyday and was told maybe w, maybe tomorrow then I get told that it was Becasue of one of those shipments got sent back and they are waiting for it to come back. I am now without my medication that is STRONGLY needed for a major life event that I require it for becasue of this pharmacy’s in ability to communicate clearly and receive shipments on time. Additionally I don’t see any responses on here from ANYBODY following up on these experiences so all these on stars reviews seem very week deserved. Do not use this pharmacy.

I'm ridiculously frustrated with Walgreens at a corporate level, but this location provided excellent customer service when I needed it. They couldn't specifically help me, since they were out of stock with what I needed, but they found a close location and called to verify that location could help me right away. I'm very thankful for caring staff there willing to go the extra mile to help me.

Absolutely the worst PHARMACY in Goodyear. Take your prescriptions elsewhere if your smart. These people are slow and more worried about getting out of there then helping customers. You get a call saying your order is ready go to the store to pick it up and it's not ready please come back tomorrow. Worst pharmacy in the world!!!! Run!!!!

Friendly people, welcoming. Had a motorized cart for disabled people such as myself. The shopping part is hard because of the narrow aisles. The pharmacy, oh Lord... Be prepared to wait, even to pick up from the pharmacy early in the morning. Often they get my prescription wrong and are out of my blood pressure meds. If you're a patient who needs them direly, for hypertension, you know going DAYS without because your pharmacy hasn't gotten their order for your meds in... It's problematic. I've had other issues with them not having pain meds, insulin and blood pressure meds FOUR TIMES. They suggested I go to Pebble Creek Pkwy. Welp, lo and behold! They didn't have it EITHER. I told them, "I'm not going somewhere they potentially have no stock. You have the power to see which locations can help me." Eventually, it was all resolved either by waiting forever, or a pharmacy team member driving out to retrieve my needed meds. I STILL ENDED UP WAITING. I called at 8:45 p.m. one night, then they tell me to go to the 24 hour location on Indian School. I called again at 9:00 a.m. the next morning, and that's when they tell me that I'd have to wait for someone to go get it. I waited for E I G H T H O U R S. Please fill you prescription at Walmart. Buy your groceries there too. It's cheaper.

The pharmacy has gotten worse each month for the past 2 years and I am at the point that I am now just finding a new pharmacy. It never fails that each month, my prescription is never ready on time and I wait several days for them to fill a prescription that is time sensitive. I submitted a refill last Monday on the app and it said it would be ready by 11am Tuesday. On Wednesday it was still not filled so I called in and they said it was in stock and I could pick it up the next day. Sure enough, it was not ready Thursday and did not get it in my hands until Friday. Additionally, their pharmacy hours are incredibly inconvenient and short for people that work and have to pick up before or after their job. Time to go elsewhere!

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! I have been going here for years and the service has become so bad I've finally had enough. The wait at the drive-thru is beyond ridiculous when you wait more than 20 minutes for one car to move up. They usually have four or five waiting and after going inside the store to pick up instead, I found out why. It appears they fill your prescription when you come to pick it up and make everyone behind you wait. Every time I order a refill their system says it's out of stock and will be ready days later. When that time comes, it's still not ready. Last night was the last straw. My doctor ordered me pain medication after dental work. I called when it had not been filled after a hour and a half, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When it still wasn't ready 45 minutes later, I went into the pharmacy and they had no one to work the counter. After calling out to them loudly, I hear a soft voice from the pharmacist hiding behind the wall, that they will be with us in a few minutes, as I was not the only one waiting. When it was my turn, my prescription was still not ready. I watched in their mirror while the clerk pulled the drug from the shelf, handed it to the pharmacist and told her to let her know when it was filled, and then went back to help the drive-thru customers even though there were 4 people behind me. Finally got my medication and it was the last time I will use them. Really, what is their problem?

My phone was stolen in the parking lot last Saturday night, and I was completely panicked. I work through my phone, and was working at the time, hence the panick... There were three employees working at the time, and all the were super helpful trying to find the phone (before I found out it had been stolen) and even used the flashlight off their phones to help search my car. Though it wasn't found then...I do appreciate your help, Jessica and the other two... And for your sympathy on the situation.
