The girls at the pharmacy have the worst customer service. They are so lazy. Poor management just lets them get away with it. I can tell by all reviews what a shit show it is.

Horrible place, this Walgreens is the worst. The staff is rude and not helpful at all.. the pharmacy gave me the wrong medication for my 10year old son.. the outside bag and the instruction pamphlet had his name but when we got home the actual bottle had someone else's name on it..

I have had so many bad experiences since switching here. The store manager is a sweet lady though, she has done what she can to fix the problem. The pharmacy staff needs training everywhere lol the Asian pharmacist has lied and been called out in his lie in front of the manager. He's interfering with me getting my meds. The pharmacy staff needs to go through training again especially in customer service

To be honest I dont even want to waste my time writing a review considering not a darn thing will be done about these imbiciles that work at this place. What a disgrace this pharmacy has become. It is so sad to see how big companies really just dont care about customer service anymore. The only one that has provide great customer service the 8 years I have been going here is the tall older gentlemen that works at night. He has always been so nice and I am surprised he still works here and can tolerate these people. The other staff should be fired or should go through extensive customer service training. Not only are they extremely rude to the customers but the way they talk to each other is disgraceful. Let me offer some words of advice considering I work for a top Fortune 500 company that would never tolerate this type of behavior. First, you never answer the phone without acknowledge the person prior to placing them on hold and just say "Walgreens, please hold" and just leave the customer sitting there without refreshing the call after a few mins. No, just leave the customer hanging for 10mins or better yet hang up on them. Secondly, you dont call them and tell them that you can't fill their perscription because there is a Nationwide outage and just say ok is there anything else I can help you with? Mind you I called earlier and someone else told me they could fill it just not for a couple of weeks. They didnt say NOT at all. You have no people skills what so ever!! What if it was your mother, grandmother, aunt, sister or someone in your family calling because they needed their meds? Would you treat them the way you do your customers? How do you go home and sleep at night? You are dealing with the public! You chose this job. If you dont like it, then get out. Dont treat your customers the way that you do because eventually they will leave one by one and it is your customers that keep you employed and if you have no customers you have no job. Think next time you are rude to someone in the drive thru or when you answer the phone. You never know who that person is. It could be the CFO's sister, daugther or a relative!

Prints were close to correct on colors a little dark. Prices for 5x7 have inflated quite a bit in recent years. Without coupon price is too high.

I called the store at around 2pm and asked about passport photos (what time they stop doing them & if I would need to set an appointment). I was told that they are open 24 hours and take passport photos at any time with no appointment necessary. This was perfect for me as I got off late around 7pm and needed them for the next day. I drove all the way from 91st and Thomas just to be told that they are not taking passport photos because they are backed up. Communication was obviously very poor as the lady I spoke to on the phone earlier that day said they would take photos at any time. I wasted gas and time just to be told they are backed up.

Forget using the drive thru pharmacy. First time I went, 6 cars on line, I said forget it. Came back a little later only 1 car, YEA, then that car sat there for 10 mins, 3 cars pulled in behind me, so I was trapped in line. Clerk didn't say sorry for the wait, or can I help you, just slid the trap door open. Sad Walgreens.

Horrible passport photo. She was in hurry that click and printed. Didn't even show how it turned out--no shown options. Didn't get to see it after I paid. I could ask to re-take, but want to wait long again. Forget it. Wasted money.

Visiting this location over 18 years. Mainly in the middle of the night when over the counter medicine is needed. I wish more locations were open 24 hours like this one. Always helpful employees. I like their store brand that offers better dye free and non artificial sweetened medicines options. I also appreciate Walgreens offering natural remedy alternative products as well.Always fun browsing the seasonal section, toys and Hallmark card section. They always have deals going. They even offer online shopping and shipping! I have used it to get hard to find items before they are gone.

custom service is not a priority in this store. they may be short staffed but 20 minutes on hold is unacceptable. repeatedly picking up the phone from hold but putting it back on hold is unacceptable. telling me that the people in line ahead of me will get service but I will not because they're short staffed is unacceptable. making me leave without my medication after telling me on the phone that I could pick it up 30 minutes earlier is unacceptable

They cancelled my flu shot appointment today after an automated confirmation last evening. The reason being no one has shown up to the pharmacy to administer vaccines today ? I would have to assume that would mean no covid vaccines or boosters for people who had appointments as well ? wish I hadn't spent the time printing and filling out all the paper work in advance.

Don't make an appointment, it won't save you any time. Took forever despite us having one, I was late to work because they took over an hour for my sons vaccine. What even was the point of an appointment then. Just go to CVS, they're more efficient.
