If I could give zero stars, I would. Everyone who works in the pharmacy department is rude, and they do not care about showing it. They all have the absolute worst customer service. My doctor sent over a list of prescriptions because they needed to be filled at a different pharmacy. It has not been a week, and they canceled all of my prescriptions. I have to call my doctor again to send over my prescriptions. I have never had this happen with any other pharmacy than them.I wish I was able to stay with CVS inside of Target because everyone who works there is amazing. Not to mention, they have the best customer service. They would wait more than two weeks, even longer before they canceled any prescriptions. They would also give you a courtesy call to remind you about pickup or give you alternative options about pickup.

Poor service, they act like you're trying to pull their teeth just asking a question. Also to advertise something is Free like a flu shot and then bill a company is not free.

Pharmacy girl - I think her name is Angelica? was so completely rude to me and as I sat and waited for them to adjust my meds, I heard her be very rude and gruff with an older lady who didn’t understand her including whipping through the door and hugging and puffing and rolling her eyes in front of a huge line of customers. I swear if I worked here this chick would have been fired 10 times over. Me and my husband have unpleasant exchanges with her every time. DO BETTER, WALGREENS! Not everyone is meant for customer service!

Pharmacy customer service has gone way done. The day pharmacist is rude to customers and very rude to his own staff. I am definitely moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

A wonderful pharmacist named Annette answered the phone tonight at 11:30pm, and she was SO very helpful and friendly! 10 stars for Annette!! She sifted through my different doctors and addresses and was able to put in the refills I needed! THANK YOU, Annette!! :-)

The pharmacy is always so helpful & knowledgeable.I accidentally took 8 or 9 Tramadol 50mg tablets (do not transfer Rx meds to unmarked bottle). Didn't realize I did that until I started feeling light-headed and woozy. Called the pharmacy and asked about Narcan to reverse the affects of Tramadol. The pharmacist, Kyle, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions plus more, and he is a wealth of knowledge!Luckily I did not have to use the Narcan! It's a comforting feeling to know that there is a pharmacist and pharmacy that is so knowledgeable and helpful when you need one.

Very unpleasant staff. Endless account confirming after being a customer for longer than the cashier has been alive. Stressed employees lacking simple kindness. May the light of compassion shine on them. May all suffering be met with understanding.

Today , 11/28/23 inside this pharmacy, It was a horrible customer service at the Pharmacy while people in the line waiting for a nessesary medicine for children the customer service representative has the long unnecessary conversation with (2) women and even they been done the customer service representative allowed them show their phone something for the next 15 (!) minutes. It was only one (1) cashier for all this time.

Answer your phone. On hold for 10 minutes then you just hung up. Called back. Been on hold now for 13 minutes. I have covid and a question. Seriously

The girls at the pharmacy have the worst customer service. They are so lazy. Poor management just lets them get away with it. I can tell by all reviews what a shit show it is.

I gave David the at the Pharmacy a 5/5 star rating he is so awesome. What my original Walgreens pharmacy can’t do he did for me in a timely matter

There was a delay on one of our prescriptions and they told me the insurance was giving them issues with the amount prescribed. I called my insurance and they said they never received a claim for this medication. Once the insurance got ahold of Walgreens the prescription was filled. Either overworked, short staffed or simply ignorant was my last experince. On a side note, they do not accept FedEx qr codes. Always print your labels even though the website gives you the option for a QR code at this location. Save your time and just print your label.

Went in to pickup prescriptions which weren't right again. They say call my Dr office, or call my insurance. Why do I have to make the calls? Yes, it's my prescription, but what happened to good old fashion customer service? After making the 3 calls I called the pharmacy back to be placed on hold for about 15 minutes. I will wait and see whatever happens next.

Horribly slow drive-through today. Taking an average of about 10 to 15 minutes per car! Attitude of the attendant not that great either. This used to be a very efficient and well run store. What has happened?
