I’ve come here 4 times to get a paper notarized being an hour wait so I wait and don’t get called then they said they would give us a call through phone number when we’re up next so I wait in my car come back in and other people go ahead of me and get helped first right when they walk in.

This place NEVER has a working ATM outside! They have 2 Drive-Thru and one outside by the front door. You would at least think one would at least work and this isn't the first time this issue has been going on for a while now. Close this bank already and quit wasting our time thinking it's been resolved.

I left this bank decides ago and today I was reminded Why I left them. I am now with a Credit Union, I pulled cash out of my bank and came to this location to deposit it for my son who is in the service and lives out of state. I was told they would Not take Cash Only a money order or cashiers check. I will Never walk into another Wells Fargo bank! I am spreading the word. I Hate this bank!!!!

Three ATMs on site, on is out of money, the other two are just turned off. What an absolute joke. If you're going to charge fees to use other ATMs, you need to provide them for your customers. I'm amazed that a company that literally failed and needed my taxes to stay afloat, could still be this indifferent about their customer base.

This place has horrible customer service. Everytime I come in here to deposit into my business account it's never fast and efficient. Why should I have expected today to be any different, the lead teller helped customer in the business line and ignored me standing there. She then tried to call a customer up to the business service window that came in after me. I stepped up to the window letting her know I was there first. Conveniently once she started sorting out my deposit her "computer went down", but worked perfectly fine for all the customers she helped before me and after. I wouldn't recommend using this Wells Fargo at all.
