WORST BANK EVER!!!! They charge you overdraft fees when you actually have enough funds available. They file claims disputes incorrectly and then tell you that you can no longer dispute the charge bc it was already disputed (even tho THEY filed it incorrectly)… they do not protect your money. They say they “researched” the claim bt can not provide any proof. Even if you provide proof on your end it doesn’t matter.

I do not understand all the negative reviews for this Wells Fargo location. Stopped here when driving into the east valley. The only issue with the parking that I can see being a problem is being so close to the Walmart. I was able to park and go use the ATM. There was a line of about 4 cars waiting to use the drive thru one, so I used the walk up one. No issues here and no problems.

Ive had such bad interactions with wells fargo over the 20+ years with Wellsfargo I nearly gave up. Today was completely different and infact made me decide to keep my accounts open. Jo the manager has amazing customer service and people skills. Jo went above and beyond my expectations to help me. Wells fargo needs to clone her. Shes great, I never thought id ever give a bank a 5 star review! Stay golden Jo!

I was blown away by the service at my local Wells Fargo branch. Lilian and Angela were knowledgeable, personable and professional. I was impressed that the branch manager, Jo, took the time to introduce herself to me. I am grateful to have such a fine team behind my bank accounts. Thank you all for treating me with respect and helping me navigate the world of finance.

Had fine in earlier and was told what we needed to add a signer to an account. I was upset because I've previously proved a death certificate for my dad and apparently he was not removed from the account I told her I would be right back. When I returned the banker told me that her noon appointment was waiting she's claimed she had appointments all day. I had overhead the other two people that had walked in after us and none said anything about appointments. She went over to the guy sitting next to me and asked if he was her 12 appointment. He said no but she took him back anyway despite us being there first. None of the wells Fargo's we called actually answered their phones. We had to drive to four other Wells before we could get services. We will be leaving Wells Fargo and allot of it is due to this women and her attitude as this is the epitomy if how badly Wells treats customers. Wish I had gotten her name. Not that Wells cares much considering the amount of bad reviews on all of them

Wells Fargo sucks I've been with chase 7 years no problems, & never put a hold on my check! This bank is holding my money and I can't even get access to any amount! Even when I asked them to give me all my money back and to close this account still declined me to my money! They told me 7 business days it's been more than that now they're telling me another day. Yessina an Marissa were also very unprofessional and rude. Quick to tell me to call the # on my card regarding my money while I'm AT THE BANK! Also how are they running a bank with no manager and I have several times to speak to someone higher position than them still refused.

This branch needs zero stars…. The ATM’s never work for cash deposits.. the drive thru line is super slow.. had to wait over 20 mins for one car to move..

Wait time is atrocious. Waited over 25 minutes to cash a cheque and there were 4 tellers. Yikes!!!

The drive they line is horribly slow... it took over 20 mins for the teller to help one vehicle.. and over half the time their "new atm machine doesn't accept Cash deposits"

This is slowest bank around! I waited 43min to make a deposit because one car in front of me was holding up all the cars. The appropriate thing would have been to ask the customer to come inside for there transaction. The one teller could not accommodate the people waiting. I couldn't get out of the drive-through because people were behind me. This is totally unacceptable and it's not the first time I've waited so long. The point of drive-through is quick, easy, fast transactions. Is it not?!?!

Horrible service, deposited a check through the drive through, lady said many 5 words and acted like I was bothering her by pulling up. Then called in when the funds were not available which I didn't know you don't have access until the next business day with checks. Lady who answered was rude and then hung up beforeni could ask another question. Definitely will not be going back to that branch my even switch banks all together after that. Do not recommend that branch at all.

Horrible service. Won't let my son close his account with all necessary documentation. Wouldn't answer their phone 10 minutes before closure.
