Actually they are very helpful and I only give them a 4 to see if they get better over time. Prices are little higher but then they are convenient and have a home town atmosphere.

I run to to a lot of hardware stores with project, I should know by now that this one always has the parts I need. Of course I call ahead. And if its not the right part they have a few crew members who can make something similar too it. Good store!
