Doggie Day Care provides a caring and polite staff unlike any I have experienced in a similar setting, I can only hope they are paid what they are worth, it would be a shame to lose any one of them!

Our Jack Russell loves going to Doggie Daycare. In the morning, all I need to say is "doggie daycare" and she is ready to go. The team is good about playing, spending and belly rubs. Green Valley is lucky to have this day camp.

The staff has been nothing but exceptional taking care of our Aussie puppy from Veternarian to Doggie Dog Care. Very professional and great to follow up on all of our needs. The Doggie Day Care Center is fantastic, making sure that the upmost is done to ensuring your dog has a great experience during the day.

Animal Care Center ( Dr. Huang in particular) has been my veterinarian for over 2 years. I find the office staff to be kind and compassionate. Dr. Huang goes out of her way to help me with my two dogs and cat. Highly recommend this practice

Numerous years ago I brought my lab puppy here. She was really sick. She had Provo. The breeder was unscrupulous. I didn't think she had a chance. The vets saved her. I will always be eternity grateful. My dog made many people smile. Most of all, me

$1200 to spay a puppy? Rip off. We went to Tucson Spay and Neuter and it was $167 with medications. If you are a millionaire go to Animal Care Center, otherwise look for somewhere else to go.

Day Care is outside but they do go in for rest. Very busy people and let me know numerous times. Took six days to get lab results and didn't understand why old people let phone calls go to voice mail. I think they are overworked, The doctors and staff are always so busy. So, I can understand why when I said leave a message they said they preferred to talk with me on the phone. In the end they did leave a message. You need to be understanding to not be put off because they are so busy.

I can't recommend this vet. They force you to spend hundreds of dollars on tests and blood work or they won't see your dog. I have a retired law enforcement dog who had been on the same medication for her thyroid for 7 years. When I got her in retirement, she needed the medication but was running out. When I called to get an appointment, they were booked several weeks past when her medications would run out. When I asked if they could prescribe her the same meds she's been on for seven years (she received blood work to check her levels twice a year) prescribed by a reputable vet JUST TO GET TO HER APPOINTMENT, they refused. So I got the meds from another vet who was willing to prescribe them. When I finally went in to the scheduled appointment, they demanded I do bloodwork to check the dog's thyroid levels. The tests are several hundred dollars, but I was ok with it to establish my dog with them for convenience. Not surprisingly since the dog ran out of medication and thyroid meds have to build up in the dog's system, her levels were off. They demanded I redo the bloodwork, spending several hundred dollars again refusing to accept that it was their unwillingness to help us the first time who he'd caused the dog's thyroid levels to tank. I've taken my dog to this vet twice now and it's never cost me less than $900.00. Go someplace out they care about you and your animals. You're just a payday to these quacks. I'm shopping for a new vet myself.

My golden pup of 8 months who las lots of energy enjoys herself. They have small pools and hose playing during those hot days and is open from the large area into the yard if they choose. The actual play time could be a little longer. Nap time is long and are crated till 9 am and let out to play. The price is somewhat reasonable but the staff is exceptional!!! Thank you all for taking care of our Gracie!!!! Oh btw Fridays are usually golden day. ❤️

Although we have not used the vet clinic (yet) we will certainly not hesitate to when/if we need to. However, we use the doggie day care every Weds to give our girl some social time with other dogs and people. We (including our dog) are very impressed with the staff. Our dog was a bit shy and needed a little encouragement to go, but due in large part to the caring and wonderful staff (especially Britney and Lynette) Kona is thriving. She runs to the door to go in and she is ALWAYS so warmly welcomed. Likewise when I pick her up she runs to me so excited as if to say Daddy this was so fun. Dogs are generally a great judge of people and places and Kona loves this place. I give the day care my highest mark and deepest gratitude for all they do! They are highly recommended by me for day care.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to make last minute daycare arrangements for my boxer, Gunner, while I am at work. I have been extremely happy with the staff and facility. The staff is responsive whenever I have questions and Gunner is always excited to go when it is time to take him. When he comes home in the evening he is tired and it is evident that he received plenty of exercise and socialization with the other dogs attending daycare.

This place takes advantage of seniors in Green Valley! They are highly over priced for their services and medications, and when you dare to question them, their manager snobbishly tells you to go elsewhere knowing full well there is not much competition nearby. Unfortunate for seniors who need vet services for their animals.

Well, this was a tough one because I did like it here. I used to go to this clinic a few years back and I have very mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, they do offer great care. The veterinarians are very talented, especially Dr. Humphrey. They are caring, knowledgeable, and do an excellent job. On the other hand, they are VERY VERY VERY expensive. I mean far beyond what is considered fair, and borders on plain and simple greed. I have a dog and a cat, and the first year I went there I was charged just over $1100 for a basic checkup and yearly shots, versus the normal approx. $350 I spend combined at my vet here in Tucson. That's a 300%+ markup! They know they are one of the only vets in that area, and since the vet in Rio Rico retired, they prices have skyrocketed. This has nothing to do with inflation or cost of supplies. It's greed, plain and simple. $1100 is completely unacceptable for a yearly checkup, it's profiting off people's love of their animals. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Tucson. You will get equal care at a fraction of the cost.
