“I've been to Gasoline Alley multiple times since moving to Green Valley.
Every visit, whether scheduled or drop in, has been met with friendly, professional, knowledgeable and positive support.
I've had simple oil changes and more complex engine issues with my F150. The staff and mechanics will explain and physically show you what's happening and what needs to happen, to resolve the issue(s).
They've always been able to fix/repair the issue.

“A friend of mine who had recently passed away had a vehicle that had a bad battery, I removed the battery and noticed it was a NAPA battery purchased 10/23. I took the battery to Merle's and explained the situation, while I didn't have the original receipt, the replaced the battery free of charge. They have earned my business.”
“These gents do nice work. Where other businesses hadn’t even bothered to quote me for fixing my car’s a/c, these fellas took a look (no cost quoting!!) and gave me a reasonable quote. And even though a few surprises awaited them (hybrid vehicle), they stuck with their original quote.
I took my car back to get an emissions light checked out and they found the problem, costing far less to resolve than the previous quote elsewhere that wasn’t even the real problem.
I’m looking forward to some cool drives around AZ in my refreshed vehicle and I’m so appreciative.”

“First of all, this is about the only gas station that offers "free air" (99% of service stations make you pay for air). I do a lot of driving, so it's important to check my tires regularly. Because they offer this service, I now purchase my gasoline from here as well.
I recently had a metal break-off punctured the tire of my FJ Cruiser, and (even though they were busy), Jacob took the time to quickly take my tire off, plug it, and had me out of there within the hour. Awesome, fast service.”

“I won’t take my car anyplace else. I stumbled upon Martin and his crew when I moved to Green Valley 7 months ago. My car needed immediate repairs after a long cross country drive and I have had some “new issues” since then. Martin reminds me of my family owned auto repair shop from Wisconsin— soooooo honest, doesn’t try to upsell you parts or services you really don’t need. This shop fixes the problem at a fair price. I personally have experienced auto repair shops who tried to impress me with their 178 point inspection plan and they have billed me for work they never did. I value honesty and competency above everything. Martin is a class act.I don’t usually write reviews but this business has earned my loyalty for life as a customer. His team of auto mechanics even show you what they are doing if you don’t understand why you need a certain repair and what it’s impact will be. Ladies out there, you can trust Martin! Gold standard for service!”
“Place gets pretty busy, but when they are able to assist, you get the help you need. I purchased a Duralast alternator from them a few months ago and asked to have it tested. Regardless of how many customers they had, I got their full attention with great customer service and the answers I needed. I typically like Oreilly, but I come to this Autozone for the customer service.”

In addition to the oil change, they also checked the system, rotated the tires, and changed the air filters.
