“I've had multiple positive experiences using this body shop. I was able to get my Mercedes Benz fender and lights fixed here most recently, a bumper on a white Lexus, and my motorcycle pieces repaired for a Ducati. Ive found the owner Rick to be exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Ordering parts and dealing with retailers throughout the repair process can be very stressful, so it's great that he's cool. The pricing was also very fair. I even learned a few things about repair tools and body work. I was actually recommended this shop 7 years ago by another body shop because they didn't have the skills to repair the plastic bumper on my Lexus. As far as I know, Rick is one of the only people in Pima county who can perform such high level of plastic repairs. The plastics for my Ducati motorcycle were melted like chocolate on a summer day, and somehow he rebuilt them. Jaxxon kept me up to date on the process the entire time and was also easy to deal with. I bring my vehicles all the way from Marana to go here. This is one of the best body shops I've dealt with from a work standpoint. The people who work here are very patient and friendly despite the high stress environment. Stay cool!”
“I first met Keith, Buzz, and his mom Betty when I bought Green Valley Auto in the early '90s. We traveled the country drag racing, boating and camping at Apache lake. I'm still in shock about his passing and the lack of any memorial or information. I know Keith wouldn't want any fanfare but nonetheless I miss my friend. I understand that Justin is taking over the business and I wish him the very best! If it ain't busted we can't fix it! $300 for o-rings!!!??? I like how people make it seem outrageous when they don't that also included labor I imagine not just o-rings themselves and a 3-hour job... Sounds like you should work on your hot rod yourself if you know so much and what it cost to fix it! 🤔”

“First of all, this is about the only gas station that offers "free air" (99% of service stations make you pay for air). I do a lot of driving, so it's important to check my tires regularly. Because they offer this service, I now purchase my gasoline from here as well.
I recently had a metal break-off punctured the tire of my FJ Cruiser, and (even though they were busy), Jacob took the time to quickly take my tire off, plug it, and had me out of there within the hour. Awesome, fast service.”

They pointed out the stuff I already knew about that the place missed. No pressure to repair stuff that can wait or just not be done at all on a high mileage vehicle that I'll scrape or donate in another year or 2. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.”

“I took my jeep in for an engine and traction light issue. Chris did an excellent job of keeping me informed on everything that they were finding. She even texted me the day I dropped it off because I was going to be in a spotty reception area. That is what I consider above and beyond customer service. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and got my jeep back on the road in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about JM's auto repair. And to top it off, I didn't feel the price I paid was over the top especially like at the dealerships.. They are now going to be my place to go for maintenance and I have already referred my friends.”
