“I've had multiple positive experiences using this body shop. I was able to get my Mercedes Benz fender and lights fixed here most recently, a bumper on a white Lexus, and my motorcycle pieces repaired for a Ducati. Ive found the owner Rick to be exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Ordering parts and dealing with retailers throughout the repair process can be very stressful, so it's great that he's cool. The pricing was also very fair. I even learned a few things about repair tools and body work. I was actually recommended this shop 7 years ago by another body shop because they didn't have the skills to repair the plastic bumper on my Lexus. As far as I know, Rick is one of the only people in Pima county who can perform such high level of plastic repairs. The plastics for my Ducati motorcycle were melted like chocolate on a summer day, and somehow he rebuilt them. Jaxxon kept me up to date on the process the entire time and was also easy to deal with. I bring my vehicles all the way from Marana to go here. This is one of the best body shops I've dealt with from a work standpoint. The people who work here are very patient and friendly despite the high stress environment. Stay cool!”
