I attempted to open a restricted account for my son. The associate who helped me needs retraining on handling PII! She asked me to tell her my SSN while in line and I had to ask for a pen to write it down for her. When I had the appointment to finalize the account she asked me to write my son's SSN down again and when I asked to see where it was written before so I could copy it she began reading it out loud, again within ear shot of other customers and staff! After the account was approved their legal department sent the wrong paperwork to be signed and both she and the manager didn't seem to understand what the problem was. I asked that they call me when the correct paperwork was ready because I wouldn't be signing the wrong forms. Apparently you only have 24 hours to finalize once an account like that is approved. At 23 hours I still hadn't received a call. It took nearly 30 minutes for someone to answer only for me to be told they still hadn't received the correct paperwork. You should also note that appointments may be scheduled for an hour but when I asked close to the one hour mark I was told "we schedule them for an hour but honestly, they take longer." Had I known this in advance I could've adjusted my work schedule accordingly and I did voice my opinion to them on this. Overall the experience left me concerned for the people of Green Valley. I'm grateful it didn't work out and even more grateful that the staff at Wells Fargo Green Valley was able to help me quickly and professionally in this time sensitive matter.I gave two stars because I do use this bank for professional purposes and deposits typically go smoothly even though there is usually a wait due to understaffing.

I’m very happy with Bank of America. Most importantly, they notify me immediately of any possible fraud going on in my account and we discovered two attempts. The debits were immediately reversed and new debit cards were ordered. ordering checks is easy and I do most of my banking online or drive-through.

Needed notary and being a customer I made an appointment for the next day and provided proper identification. Then they said they couldn't notarize our document. Went to title company where I'm not a customer and they notarized my documents quickly and for no chrage. Terrible customer service at Bank of America.

I’m not from Green Valley but needed some legal documents notarized and made an appointment for 10am this morning. Last night realized the document was made for an Illinois notary so tried to contact bank by phone over 10 time from 7 am thru 2pm with no connection. The notary was a very nice and polite lady by the name of Rosa. After getting the document corrected and sent back by email to me I stopped by to make an appointment for the next day but Rosa new I had missed my appointment at 10 but had another appointment today at 230. She was very gracious and said ifI could wait until she finishes with her 230 appointment she would get me notarized today. She was understanding about the error in my original document. All the girls at this facility were very professional and polite and offered water as well. Only frustration was trying to get a message to them at the 10 am that I had to adjustMy 10 am appointment. Needs to be reviewed for better efficiency.

1 teller, another teller came back from lunch and they still just 1 teller open. To order checks, sent from teller to banker who was on a phone call. No recognition other than annoyance. Finished call, couldn’t help my dad order checks because he didn’t have an appointment.Clueless about courteous services needed to assist those over 90.

Friendly and helpful but they're not staffing up for having the other location closed. Long lines, standing outside (due to COVID rules) and took more than 15 minutes to see someone, even after 3 pm when it supposedly is slower.

Bank of America are crooks! Just like Wells Fargo and Chase. All of them !! They ruined this country with the mortgage scandal among other illegal activities they engage in.

Just opened an account here everybody was really polite and helpful. They stayed after their hours they were willing to open up an account for me because my time is limited. Saturday is really the only day I could do this. Jesse was real professional and a really nice guy. I recommend this place to everybody.

Busy location but Charissa Ballesteros the personal banker that helped me was absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions as well as others waiting in lobby. Great experience. Gonna open a Business account with her next. Great employee

Manager there is very uncordial not to say the least. It's okay if something cannot be done, but it's not okay the your bank not only helps you out but that the manager does want to pick up the phone to help and tells you need to go to another location. Such a good bank, manager needs customer service training.

I have been wanting to write this review for a while now. I like B of A because I have accounts here and I go to both locations one in Duval mine and here. While back I made an appointment to get re-qualified for a mortgage loan to buy a house. I spoke one home mortgage consultant in a computer screen I don't remember his name but he was rude he pulled my credit and asking my w2s stuffs and how much I made then start talking he voice was louder than I am. I was like seriously.... then told me "Sorry, you don't make enough money." And I told him "how do I not make enough money when I get approved from Wells Fargo i came to you guys to see if you can offer me better rate." He seems not care much I was like forget it I got better thing to do, not gonna argue with this moron before I left I told him " you just lost a customer" that was 5 minutes appointment. Then I decided to go with Wells Fargo. Don't get me wrong I like their customer service tellers, and personal bankers they are always so helpful and willing to solve customers problem. But their home mortgage consultant was very rude!

They are very helpful and professional. The only downside is that sometimes you have to stand in line a long time. Too few tellers. But that seems to be system wide as I have visited various branches. So I'm not going to dock them. They do extremely well.
