Store wouldn't cancel my mobile order due to the fryer being down. Manager was rude. Wasn't empathic towards the situation. He didn't try to make the situation better.

Frankie the manager is very rude! When a issue happened. I get the fryer breaking is not his fault but when people order through app they don't know that fryer broke. BK and Store need to find a better way to take care of the customer when issue like that occurs. You are in the business to serve customer. He needs better training to handle situations better when things occur.

I got pulled from the window to wait on food. I waited 15 mins and my order was wrong. I went back inside and asked the manager to fix my order. I had to wait another 15 mins for a large onion ring. As a burger king employee I know it only takes 1 minute for the onion rings to cook. All the other food I purchased is cold now after waiting 30 minutes total for a fast food order. Service was subpar. They need new staff.

My husband went through the drive thru of this Burger King and ordered 2 small burgers, 2 small wraps, and an order of chicken nuggets. They had him park around the corner where he sat and waited for 20 minutes before pulling back through the drive thru, where they said they were "still working" on our order. At the same time, they were able to give out 4 other cars' worth of orders. He sat there for another 5 minutes before they brought out cold food that had been made incredibly sloppy. The receipt said 2:10pm that the order was taken, and he didn't receive the food until 2:45. Definitely not worth the time or the price.

Placed my order and paid.. And they had me pull forward. When they brought it the food... No drinks and I didn't notice till I went home. And if course they didn't give me a receipt either. Called and manager could care less. Didn't even offer to have me come back and get what I was missing...( and this is the 2nd time part of my order was missing) I will not go back for a very long time, if ever. I expect better customer service than that.So just beware. If you want all your paid for... Don't go to Burger King in Green valley.

Staff was very under supplied.All I say was 2 people in the entire restaurant doin the morning rush.Totally understaffed. I waited 10 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get the food that I had ordered.Food was good but staff was not very pleasant.Mostly because they were doin their best to supply the beef of the many customers .And for 3 people I paid 28 dollars for 3 number 6 meals. That's a lot of cash!
