After they are now with Capitol One Bank. I will be leaving after being with them for over 15 years!!!! Beware of this new merger!!! It was horrible only having one branch locally & the ATM never working??!! I knew something was up. I’ll be switching banks ASAP!!!!

It's Chase Bank, before that it was Bank 1 and before that it was Valley National Bank, so it's got a long history of being extremely difficult to work with.No matter how impressive the real estate footprint is, Chase Bank always seems to be to have lame customer service and stuck on stupid down to an institutional art form.No matter the time of the day or the length of the line, the front counter is ALWAYS understaffed by the rudest and most obnoxious staff devoid of understanding what real customer service is, on the other hand they clearly understand and consistently excel at lip service which is truly the only service they freely offer at any Chase branch.Every transaction, no matter how simple is seemingly always a battle, it's as if Chase prides themselves by being on a war footing with anyone and everyone.Why anyone would put up with this systemic abuse is simply beyond me.Sadly this is not a business that l would ever recommend employing or even visiting.

Horrible!!! Teller would not cash my check! It was from my mortgage company was told I could deposit. If I wanted to do that I would have done it from my app at home! I am disabled have cancer on oxygen and went to green Valley to get my passport. I waited for days to get the extra energy to do these 2 errands. My oxygen was running low, so I went to the drive through. The Teller was beyond rude and refused to cash my check! My check was stamped on the back endorsement cancelled because I didn't deposit it!!! I put in a formal complaint, but got nowhere and was told I have to get my mortgage company to reissue my check!Was treated like some kind of criminal!I have excellent credit and regular deposits with no overdrafts history.

Been a JPM private client member for 6 years. Went to open a new non-private client account with this local branch and had the worst experience I've had w/ any Chase location. The teller staff was fairly courteous, but when dealing with a "banker" (Amanda), she received my documents for the new account hurriedly, then told me to check back with her in a few days to follow up. Tried to follow up to verify if she compiled all the necessary docs but got no response. Three un-returned voice messages and emails a week later...still no response. I visited the branch to check the status, but she was unwilling to meet, as she was too busy standing around socializing with some other tellers. She did manage to order a teller, to inform me that she doesn't know what the status is, then shrugged when asking if she even included all the docs I provided. Can't attest to the rest of the Banker staff, but if you need a professional banker, who can do more than shrug and ignore your inquiries, then she would be one to avoid. Definitely avoiding the Green Valley, AZ branch for my private client services.

We had a scare with another bank so moved our $$ to Chase yesterday.Hector Garcia was great, leading us thru every step & assuring us he will dohis best to keep us safe from fraudsters. He needs a raise ! ! HaHa

We have used Chase Bank since we were in Colorado. Today we went into the Green Valley branch to open a savings account. We set up an appointment with Hector. He greeted us warmly and clearly explained all our options with no sales speeches. We were very pleased with his promptness and genuine help. Thank you, Hector!

Just moved here from California. This is the worst customer service ever. I think I will stick with Citibank even tho no branch near by. They had several employees doing absolutely nothing yet literally told me they did not have time to help me with setting up more than one account .. lol

We are long time Chase Bank account holders/customers. When we moved, we went in to change our address. They had many employees there but they told us that they could not change our address because they were busy. They said we needed an appointment to do that, but they would not schedule that appointment. We had already tried to change it online but it said to go to a branch. This branch said no, they could not do that, too busy. We have been going in here for years. So, we went to the branch on Esperanza, they were friendly and nice and helped us immediately. We have been back there since then and opened another account. We will never go back to Continental branch.
