My husband has mild Alzheimer’s. We stopped to pump gas and he picked up the diesel pump instead of the regular gas pump. He went inside to get help and prepaid for his gas but gave the wrong pump number. He was given a receipt for prepayment. During that time, someone else drove up and pumped gas and got what we’d paid for. I didn’t realize what was happening so went in and asked how to pump using the prepaid amount ($50). That’s when we learned that someone else had already pumped the gas and left. I asked them to call the manager to see if they could give us any type of break. Upon being called, he authorized us to receive a $25 credit but said that it would have to come out of the paychecks of the 2 staff who were working! Who does that to their employees? We did not accept the offer. I understand and accept that my husband made an error and won’t let him pump gas without me watching closely. I cannot accept that the manager would give us credit out of the pay for his employees. I would rather the manager said that he couldn’t give us credit at all. I would have accepted that. We will no longer do business there. They are clearly focused only on their bottom line - at the expense of their employees!

The rude ghetto attendant refused me service for asking her why she was giving me attitude when I had to go pay inside, per their gas pump instructions. Never stopping here again. I will save my family and friends the displeasure.

some of the nicest and most helpful staff i’ve ever encountered. Denise is incredibly kind, Jeff is a hoot, and Keenan knows how to get you a deal! I don’t understand all the negative reviews, because this Chevron is a breath of fresh air! I ONLY come here for gas!

Rude women accuses people of stuff she has NO IDEA ABOUT. luckily this place offers gas or they would be out of business YEARS AGO. Unprofessional lady at the front. Do better

I try hard to avoid stopping at the Chevron station on Continental. Gas is always much higher as well as everything else they sell. The staff is never pleasant. Decided to try to fill a couple of propane tanks today and sure enough I got that same attitude. After I stood there waiting a while for them to respond they turned to me and said it’s too late in the day. I’m done with them and I’ll be spreading the word.

Went to get a propane tank refilled. Two attendants were in the store counting change who ignored me. I told them what I wanted and I was told it was too late in the day. It was 4 pm. Never again will I visit.
