I failed to notify the water company for new service at a rental home address. After the water was shut off, I phoned community water at 4:45PM the answering service answered and forwarded my message and I was expecting to be called the next morning. INSTEAD I got a call from a very helpful SAUL and he got me all fixed up!! Thank you Community Water for good ol' fashioned service!

This company is a joke. I setup online billing to save paper and hassle while I travel. I never received an online bill since opting in for the service and now when I tried to setup EZ-Pay for a work around their dismal online system the company that they use doesn't recognize them. I can certainly see why their are so many negative reviews. The problems are a result of poor leadership and their hiring practices. If I ran my company the way they are we would have been out of business. As a utility they have a captive audience. They need to have a competitor to force them into competence.

Zero Stars is more like it. Like everyone else says; the worst customer service of any utility I have ever dealt with. It's hard to believe that the owners of this utility don't fire everyone in the office and start over fresh.

My experience has been positive for the 7 years of residing in Green Valley and being a customer of CWC. During pandemic they have returned my messages in a timely manner.

Extremely rude customer service people you speak with. 1 person tells you one thing and the next tells you something totally different. I’m still shocked at the fact that this water company offers no type of payment arrangements options nor do they have these policies posted or available to see. The xpress bill pay is not updated. You would think with water being such a necessity they’d have more compassion for the people forced to do business with them. Absolutely terrible!!

They have shut down their Green Valley office with no notice. The most recent payment, made by check through my bank was undeliverable. They now have an address in Phoenix to mail checks to. You would think they would have told their customers!

I have had service for a year now with this company, first issue but pretty significant in my opinion. I usually handle all my bills online. I make sure to always pay on time to avoid all the late fees. Today, I get a disconnection call from this company and of course was completely surprised. To make sure there was no error, I called them and the representative was very unpleasant and said if I paid by Monday my water wouldn't be shut off. I told her I received a letter that said it had a credit on it and the date (if there was a balance due) was due by 1/14/20 and today is 1/8/20...even if there was a balance....why would I get a shut off notice as if I were delinquent!? After carefully checking my records, I called again and spoke with a more pleasant person. She said that there was an error with their online billing third party system. She said she would take me off \"the list.\" There was no supervisor or manager to speak with. I asked if she knew when it would be corrected because I take care of all my bills online and it is currently displaying a credit on my account rather than a balance. It is frustrating to have to deal with a business who cannot make adjustments or corrections online.....as advanced as we are with technologies.... we can say for certain that machines are not perfect. I hope this gets taken care of and they don't shut my water off because I will def contact the BBB. Sorry about my rant, just want you guys to know what your signing up for....

Get with the program and allow people to pay with a credit card like every other utility company . They do allow it but charge almost 5% more !!!! REALLY ?
