“I have had my laser printers repaired 3 times here. These printers are getting old but they do have parts that wear out over time. I've been very happy with the results. I'm inclined to keep repairing as I'm not thrilled with the printers that are out there now and the cost is insane.
Regarding some of the other complaints people have had... When you're working on old systems, they quickly lose value. You do have to know what you're getting into. Expecting no problems or infinite support is not realistic. This is not the place for people looking for a retail big box experience. This is for scrappy people looking to keep their old stuff going for a decent price. This place is perfect for eking out a little more utility instead of just throwing it away.”
