My friend's apartment flooded due to a lightning strike and we needed a storage unit in a rush! CubeSmart was able to give her a unit instantly and near the front since she has trouble walking.
We were there yesterday to sort through the bags and bins for basic necessities, meds, clothes, etc. It was 104 degrees in Green Valley!
Abraham was at the desk and he went above and beyond. He came out and showed us how to open the unit, our friend had only been there for an emergency drop off, where the lights were, loaned us markers, gave us water, opened the gate, helped us get her things into the car. We were on the verge of heat exhaustion, Abraham even helped us lock up. We are very grateful for his kindness.
