Why does CVS Pharmacy think it's ok to close during lunch hours M-F and not be open AT ALL on the weekends? Do they think people don't need to pick up their scripts during the lunch hour or on weekends? Or are they just trying to reduce their customer base?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the state of Arizona. They do not work on the weekends, and when they work it is with and attitude, and they have been know to screw up and file a prescription incorrectly. Don't go there.

Employees appear to be overworked and unhappy. Doesn’t seem to have any leadership present.

I'm now receiving my prescriptions 1 week after they're due. I'm told they don't have enough pharmacists. I have found the staff to be very much indifferent when I ask any questions about my prescriptions, etc.

We usually like CVS but the one where we are lost one of their pharmacists. As a result, getting prescriptions filled takes several days now.

Not helpful. They can't keep Pharmacists so their hours change daily with no notice. Staff are nice though.

This CVS in Green Valley their staff is unfriendly unhelpful lazy and are unwilling to do their job they make mistakes they have cost us money I have called corporate twice on this particular pharmacy already I will be doing it again today they were out of a medical product I needed and they would not call another CVS to order it for us when every other CVS I go to and have ever been to if they’re out of a medication they will happily order it for you at another CVS and this could be a life or death situation because it was a diabetic center this place is atrocious and I hope nobody goes there and they get shut down

I was told that my Rx would be ready for pickup by 11am. I arrived at the pharmacy at noon, and they said it was being \\\"processed\\\" and she could put an expedite on it, but it would still take 10-15 minutes. I explained that I had to be somewhere else in 5 minutes, and her response was a shrug of the shoulders and \\\"I could have it in 10 or 15 minutes.\\\" That was a waste of gasoline money, and a complete waste of my time. The majority of times I have gone in to this store the people working behind the counter are extremely rude and inconsiderate.

'PHARMACIST ALIE or Aly or A-lie" ...WORST CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE EVER... let alone weakness in management skills and public relations. To me it probably indicates incompetence in what it takes to be a pharmacist. Made my 80 year old spouse stand and wait for a prescription, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PHARMACY COUNTER AND PHARMACIST ALIE HERSELF, and never told my wife her prescription was ready after the doctor's office did call and dress down CVS for their mis-handling my wife's prescription. No apology was given. My wife would have waited longer if she hadn't got back in line to see if the doctor called them, 'AGAIN, ...AS HE HAD THE DAY BEFORE!!!' giving them the needed instruction in less than 24 hours 'twice'. Pharmacist 'Aly or Alie or A-lie', truly should be fired. She didn't care and could have even handed it to one of the pharm/techs to say it was ready, yet was inhumane and made my wife pay a price when their incompetence was pointed out today and their mishandling to note her account the day before. Very sad. This violates CVS policy for treating people with respect. I Contacted their corporate office for the complaint to go directly to Karen Lynch, new 2021, CEO of CVS.

Used this pharmacy 3 times. The first, they couldn't get the insurance info correct, I paid cash. Same thing 2nd time. Went across the street and no problem with verifying insurance. Went in today and was told I needed doctors approval, would take 2 weeks to get scripts. Left and went to Walmart. Received in 45 minutes. Pharmacy help isn't very pleasant as well.

I guess in this pandemic some of us consider ourselves privileged. And CVS in Green Valley on Continental sure wasn't enforcing the mask ordinance and the signs on their front doors requiring masks inside. I know for a fact that chemo patients go in here to pick up their prescriptions. If I could give them no stars I would.

I love that I don't wait long at this pharmacy. Even if I do have to walk in. They do a great job and are quick. I've waited 30 minutes or longer at Frys so I switched to this CVS and have never waited more than 5 minutrd
