(Some) of the pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. Along with numerous and consistent billing issues they speak poorly about their customers while they are still present. Jeani is nice and bubbly until you start asking questions or request clarification then she becomes very sarcastic and condescending. She then gaslights you when you try to address her behavior cutting you off before you can even talk.

We’ve always enjoyed this pharmacy!…over the 8+ years we’ve lived here they’ve always done a great job of helping us get the right prescriptions and quickly too!…the staff and pharmacist’s are simply the best!…courteous and helpful every step of the way!…recommended by us!…Steve and Angie M

My shopping experience on Continental in Green Valley is always positive. The silver senior clerks are so helpful and pleasant. It is a small town type experience.

These lunch hours are ridiculous, all pharmacist and staff go to lunch for an entire hour. So if you need medication from 1-2 PM you’re out of luck, go elsewhere.

FRAUD FOR A YEAR NOW
...only stocks 4 ea. of the BLACK BOX wine. They advertise SPECIAL PRICE if you BUY 6 at $ 16.19 ea. BUT THEY NEVER STOCK MORE THAN 4 OF THE VARIOUS FLAVORS !!! So you always have to pay the regular price $ 17.99
...they say, "this is all the buyers order us for this store." They do absolutely nothing about this.

sadly it appears that most of the negative comments about the store limited to the pharmacy which is actually a separate Google map page.
I found the store to be a warm and inviting atmosphere staffed by some of the friendliest people.
Ample inventory that seems to be well organized. Had everything l needed.

Never know when the pharmacy is openNow it is closed 130 to 2pm. Though the sign, TV screen, says it is closed from 1230 to 1. Can't get it right.

The wait at this store was wonderful. I was in and out. The bad part is I got home and found out my son’s antibiotics weren’t mixed. Came in this morning and they’re closed! A staff member advised me I could probably mix with tap water to start and then come back Monday to have the other bottle mixed properly… I don’t think so! Luckily I contacted a CVS Target location that’s open and they said the correct thing to do would be to come in and they’ll mix it. Thank goodness. However I’d prefer not to have an hour round trip drive added to it. We shouldn’t mess around with antibiotics and this store should do better! If I go this location again I’ll make sure to check my bag and not trust a staff member confirming they’re mixed.
