Took my car in for a $38 oil change. When I picked it up, the mechanic provided “recommendations” of $4,000 in repairs! From “tire rot” on all 4 Michelins (car has always been garaged) to all 4 motor mounts, I was stunned. I have since driven the car to San Diego and back twice with no problems. SENIORS BEWARE!

Parking lot is a little small and it can be interesting to get in to, but the ladies at the counter are nice and the techs make it easy to understand what is wrong.

Very good service, tires were about to explode because a bad service when they installed them in California 2 years ago, all four were getting hitting/getting shaved with the car.

I’ve known and dealt with Dave for 20 plus years. He has always been great with me. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my Prius he or one of his friendly, knowledgeable employees have been very helpful and always made the extra effort with a smile as well. Paulina became his new manager about 15 months ago and has been doing a fantastic job. The focus there never seems to be about making money, more on taking care of people.

They did a large amount of unauthorized repairs without talking to me at all. Came to pick up for a quoted $300 repair and was charged over $2k. When asked to see the bad parts that they replaced I was told they had already thrown them away. Would recommend OOROO auto over this place any day.

Such great customer support. In December 2024, my car had a routine oil change plus brake job. Mechanic caught no coolant in spite of my car being serviced at home before my trip. And there were no leaks below my car.
Fast forward to April 2025. I’d had a medical episode the next day so my car pretty much sat idle for that period of time. Last Saturday before leaving to go back home, I felt I should get my fluid levels checked. They were closed but a nice gentleman, who turned out to be Dave himself, opened the door and when I told him what I needed he was happy to not only check the fluids and fill them, checked my tires and gave me good traveling advice even giving me his personal cell phone number in case I encountered anything. He cared for me like one of his family. On top of it, he refused to take any money no matter how much I protested. You’re in good trusting hands with Dave Polsky Tire and Auto Center!

despite previous good customer service and an oil change, I made an appt in person for some basic work, and when I showed up for my appt the next week, they had neglected to order the fuel and air filter, and could not get them for over a week. they were fully aware this is my only car and I was sitting there waiting...so for me I will have to find another place to go.

A golf getaway for a couple days (from Mesa), we saw our tire pressure sensor said low pressure. Eek. Went to Dave Polsky and were taken care of within 5 minutes!! Luckily, it was just low pressure and nothing serious. They filled all 4 tires and, generously, they charged us nothing!!! What a friendly and courteous shop they are!! 👍👍
