The experience exceeded my expectations. I went to the shop to purchase a battery and have it installed. The price of the battery and the cost of installation were reasonable and less than that of competitors. The vehicle was taken into the shop on the spot, no appointment, and the work was completed in the :45 minute timeframe that was promised. Could not have asked for a better experience.

The service in sahurita is terrible. I went in to change 4 tires. The (Female manager) was mad. First, they asked 6 20 questions, and then She was mad at telling me she did not have room to do the service until next week.

The young lady at the desk was both friendly and professional. The tire replacement was done in less than 30 minutes. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. The price for the work was very reasonable. The tech who worked on the car was witty and complimentary.

When I entered the building to go to the counter, the AC was out, but they had fans going and air cold pumps. But the moment I’ve got to the counter, I was treated with respect told him what my problems were with the vehicle and they said they could do the service that I wanted. They kept me informed on progress on my car At the end, they showed me exactly what they did. They treated me with the most kindness and respect and now they have me as a lifelong customer. I would recommend anybody taking their car there to have their service done or repairs.
