I recently purchased two tires from this store. I initially dealt with the store manager, Tina. I specifically asked when I authorized them to put tires on my vehicle if that was the best price available. Going so far as to ask if they had any upcoming sales. It was a resounding no. I purchased the tires to the tune of $850.00. You see the manager Tina told me she wouldn't warranty just one tire because of balancing issues. I was forced into purchasing two front tires. Today I had to return because the technician failed to reset the tire sensors. When I pulled up I discovered a huge sale with banners, balloons, and more. I went inside and asked if my tires were on sale, the ones I purchased three days earlier. I was told yes, I then asked to speak with the manager, Tina. She then told me there was nothing she could do. I explained there was most definitely something she could do, that being to credit me the $140.00 I would have saved. I went on to tell her I would have waited the three days had she disclosed that information. She called me a liar, called her employees from the tire bay and had them try to strong arm me. After requesting to have the name of the regional manager I was told to "look it up", then told to leave. A day later, they went so far as to contact the local police. A absolute abuse of law enforcement resources. They came to my home to advise me that Firestone has tresspassed me from their facility. The action to tresspass is punitive, and is in part due to this review, and because they simply don't want to deal with doing the right thing. Im certain Firestone will alledge that I was threatening or aggressive, and they feared for their safety. Nothing could be farther from the truth. If they have any video surveillance, it will demonstrate the strong arm aggressive behavior by their employees after I requested the name of a regional manager. Based on previous reviews written regarding Firestone, I'm betting I'm not the only one who has experienced this strong arm behavior. Please remember this story the next time you are considering Firestone.

came in with a SMALL piece of metal,like a staple in my tire. right away the SALESperson recommended a new tire, as it was thought to be too big to patch. My tires are relatively new, and I felt strongly the repair should take place. I was then told it could not be patched, and I would need TWO tires, or my car would not ride properly. Total sales, but I had no choice, so I had to purchase a new tire. when all I needed was a patch. should have taken my old tire to prove it, but as a female, I felt very pushed by the staff, who were friendly and polite, but my interests were not considered in any way.

I was told my quote imcluded road hazard. I was not told the road hazard was an additional $116. This should gave been clarified. Also I did not receive anything in writing explaining how road hazard works.

My vehicle was towed in, no appointment. I managed the whole repair over phone and email. Car done when promised. Smooth!

I paid $9.95 on a diagnostic based on the vehicle owner's manual. Everything that they said I needed to fix it was already done. They didn't do a test drive, only a physical inspection. They were more concern about selling me new tires even though my tires are relatively new. Don't go here they are scammers!!!!

I took a Michelin Pilot SuperSport 285/35-ZR19 tire and Z06 Corvette rim to have the damaged tire removed and the new tire mounted. After two days they called and said they could not get the bead to seat because the tire was damaged. When i picked up the tire and wheel both had been smeared with wheel bearing grease and the tire was not mounted on the rim. I took the tire and rim to another shop and the tire was mounted and balanced in 1/2 hour. Firestone does not have a clue about how to mount a low profile high performance tire. If you need them go elsewhere.

They filled up my tires with air, but I have to make another appointment for them to move two tires as they originally placed two new tires on the right and two old tires on the left. They're Firestone tires and each place is requiring me to make an appointment to take 5 minutes to switch the tires out. They should have done that in the first place when I was getting tires.

Had two tires installed And wheel alignment staff was very polite and helpful especially Chris . Work was done in a timely fashion, and received a 10% discount for being a veteran overall very positive.

They were extremely helpful even though it was New Year's Day. No one else was open to help me with a tire that had a nail in it. Even though I had ordered new tires from Costco, I decided to cancel the order and buy 4 new tires from Firestone. They kindly put them on for me that afternoon!

Professional, friendly and welcoming atmosphere awaits you, when approaching the front desk.My 22 year old off-roader needed desperately an alignment after I changed all brakes and replaced the boots in the front.The technician did a marvelous job aligning the wheels. I am very satisfied. Thank you Firestone.
