We recently bought a 2023 Advanced EV . Mary Lewis was our sales person. She was very knowledgable about the carts we were considering and gave us a solid background of the Advanced EV. We have had 2 issues with the cart since buying it. Mary was easy to contact and took care of the matter within a day. The cart is working fine and we were totally satisfied with the excellent service and assistance Mary provided.

We purchased a new Club Car this past November. Recently, I stopped and inquired about a oil change and Mary immediately set up a appt. and a pick up date at my residence. I also mentioned a problem with a turn signal and that was also resolved...all in the same day and cart delivered back. May I also add that I had them service my old Club Car and the satisfaction with that service is what brought me back to purchase a new cart.

While I wish I could assign this place a rating lower than one star, regrettably, the lowest rating I can give is one. My experience with Mary, the manager, left much to be desired. When I encountered an issue with my golf cart, her approach seemed limited, as her suggestion was simply to purchase a new one. While I understand that salespeople often recommend this course of action, it was disappointing that Mary didn't appear to explore other potential solutions. Given the numerous negative reviews concerning Mary's performance, it leaves me wondering how she continues to hold her position. With her at the helm, it's concerning that this business might face challenges that could jeopardize its future success.I recommend seeking service elsewhere, as this establishment appears to misrepresent the range of services they provide.

Wow, there was no parking for the business across the street and the lady from inside decided to come out and start yelling about how we couldn’t park in her lot (lots of open spaces by the way). She threatened to call the police and have our car towed if we didn’t move it. A simple conversation would’ve been warranted however her aggression toward the situation shows how mentally unstable she really is. Don’t park in her parking lot if there are no spaces in nearby businesses and maybe she should put up some signs to warn people of their impending doom if you do decide to park there. I won a golf cart and most certainly will never take my business there.

Every time in the past, always super service. This time.. Not so much. My turn-signals were working fine, and without issue, before they took it in. When cart was returned, the left turn-signal was not working. When I called back to ask to bring it in to have it looked at, I was told that they do not do electrical on Yamahas. My plan was to have everything repaired, so I could sell it, and purchase a cart from their store.(I was told that this would be the best way to go by them, to get the most out of my cart.) I'm sure that whatever the issue is with the left turn signal was a simple fix, since it was working before I took it in. The lady was very polite... but I was just a bit surprised that they wouldn't even consider looking at it. Well... live and learn.

We took our 2002 Club Car in for service after just purchasing it from a neighbor in Quail Creek. First of all, none of the filters were changed that should have been done in the full service. We know that because my husband marked the original ones with a permanent marker before the cart was picked up. The same filters were in the cart when it came back. Also, our car left with an enclosure installed on the car, but came back without the enclosure. We immediately contacted Golf Cars of Arizona here in Green Valley about the filters and the cover. They told us that we could come in and pick up the new filters that should have been installed. How are we to know if the car was even serviced? They said that they would try to locate our enclosure. After a couple of days, Mary said that the car did not have an enclosure on it when it came in. We assured her that it did, and sent her a photo. Then she said that it must have blown off during transit and that WE should have removed it prior to it being picked up. We just relocated here from Oregon and this is our first golf car. We certainly would have removed the enclosure if we would have been told to. Mary said that they would replace the cover and after around 10 days called and said that the cover was in and that we could pick it up. My husband said that Golf Cars of Arizona would need to install the snaps. She said that she would have the cart picked up again. My husband went in to the business to see how installation would proceed since we had zero confidence in this company by this time. When they attempted to install the cover it was obviously too small and Mary said that they would have to retro fit the cover. That was not acceptable. Mary said that this was all they could do and that there was no longer a cover made that would fit our cart. She did say that if we could find one and provide her with the stock number and manufacturer she would submit it to her boss. So, we were left with having to find a solution to our missing enclosure ourselves. I contacted James with Golf Cars of Arizona in Tucson about locating an enclosure for our golf car and he immediately told me that he could order one. James is extremely considerate and very interested in his customers being serviced properly. I can not say enough about how refreshing he was to deal with after the fiasco that we had gone through here in Green Valley. I would like to say that we did find Matt, the gentlemen who picked up our car here in Green Valley, to be very courteous and friendly. As a matter of fact, all of the employees at the Green Valley location are wonderful to deal with accept for Mary, who is the manager. Because of these issues with the service and the missing enclosure, I would caution anyone to reconsider having their golf car serviced at the Green Valley location. We will certainly caution anyone that asks our opinion not to go there.

As a new golf cart owner, I am clueless about how to take care of it. To top it off we left in a medical crisis last spring and left the cart over the summer. It was dead. I called GC of AZ to do the work because the previous owner had used them, I wish I would have read the reviews first. After paying them to put all new batteries in it, they dropped it off at my house with out the charger I had sent with it. And the indicator gage for the batteries wasn't lighting up. I went immediately up to the store, Mary was OVER THE TOP rude to me. She told me it probably wasn't working when I brought it in. And it had nothing to do with replacing the batteries????? What??? The tech was standing there in the room, and when I asked him a question she stepped right to me and said you look at me!! You look at me and talk to me only, I'm the manager! And gave me the 2 fingers to her eyes and pointed at me and back to her eyes. I was so blown away that I was speechless. I got my charger and left. I am absolutely dumbfounded at how they are still in business or why the owner of that place would keep her around unless they're married, and then it's on him.

We have owned our Advanced EV Advent 4-person golf car (lithium) for over six months. We bought it new from Mary at Golf Cars of Arizona in Green Valley. We are very satisfied customers with the original sale and follow up service. We originally thought we wanted a Club Car. However, after test driving both golf cars there was a clear winner with a speed of 25 mph and a smooth ride because of the width of the axles and suspension system. Plus, the cost of all the options on the Club Car came at no cost with the base model on our golf cart, which cost less overall.I ride this golf car every day and have not really had any problems. I had a flat tire yesterday (Valentine's Day) at 3:30pm. All I had to to was call Mary. Fifteen minutes later, a truck arrived and picked up the golf car. I pointed out a loose screw to the driver and asked that it be tightened. The next day at lunchtime Mary called and explained to me that there would be no bill. The tire was replaced. The windshield screw was tightened and the cart was washed! It was back in my garage a half hour later.I should add that about a month before the flat tire, I stopped at the shop and asked them to check the tire pressure. I was in and out of there in five minutes. The staff are great people. So, I think you would be crazy not to purchase your golf car from a service center. I have this kind of coverage for five years!

Recently had a front tire go flat on our Club Car Precedent. The front tires had by replaced by Golf Cars of AZ in Green Valley a couple of years ago, and the studs were so tight I couldn't get them off. I called and they picked up the car. Today I got a call that they removed both front wheels, aired up both tires to recommended pressure and found that both were OK. She said we would be charged for the pickup and delivery only. Which I thought was very generous. As a side note, she mentioned that they noticed that our seat was coming apart and they replaced it with a used seat they had, at no charge! That is extraordinary customer service. I have always taken our car to their shop for repairs and maintenance and have been satisfied with the work they do and the prices. However, I never wrote a review. This time I wish there were more stars, because they deserve more.

I have owned a 2002 Western for the past 5&1/2 years and all service work and fixes have been done at Golf Carts of Arizona- Green Valley. Great service, great work and outstanding communication. MARY (sales manager), has always been polite, informative, and a delight to work with. Just had new batteries and service work done, great job at a very competitive price. Their mechanic MATT, personally explained what was needed and did a great, neat job. Thank you Mary & Matt!!! A very satisfied consumer.

We took our club car to Green Valley for service and because it wouldn't start, a couple a days later said it was ready... and to beat the starter with a hammer, that right! Mary the manager was no help at all.We then took to the 22st store, they rebuilt the engine, Replaced Starter, replaced a bearing in the differential. Which we happy to pay for.It wasn't quite running right so we called the 22st store on Monday @ 8:30, they said would pick up Tuesday, thru the Green Valley Location, WELLno phone call on Monday, NO phone call on Tuesday, No phone call on Wednesday. I finally called on Wednesday afternoon, Mary said it was scheduled for Friday ( Whole Week gone )Mary has no customer service, doesn't return callsWhen we got to the 22st store told them the problem it was fixed in less than ahour ... Great customer service. Recommend the 22st store for your service NOT Green Valley.
