Great recreation facilities. All homeowners in Green Valley, AZ are eligible to join. There is an initiation fee ~$2800 and $510 per year maintenance fee, but well worth it if one uses the facilities.

Tried out West Center pool today. Never going back. Terrible for walkers too much slant. No force from the jets in the jacuzzi. Top step in pool and spa too high. Poor showers. No benches to sit while dressing. Seems to be a great pool for Lap swimmers and young children

GVR is a local scam. It should be voluntary and it would fold. High entry fees and annual dues with limited to no access during the pandemic. If I could opt out, I'd do it in a flash.
