I have been servicing my Ford Fiesta here since 2018. I am very happy with the work they have done for me. The waiting room is lovely. Complementry water and or coffee. A food bar to order from. Every one is very friendly and helpful.

Service is not good, oil and lube, they didn't do the the lube. They where supposed to fix a software problem that was a recall they did not do that. Called them and they said they would send a tech to house to do the programming . Never came or called

Took my car in 2 days ago after making appointment 1 month ago. The drivers side window quit working and I needed maintenance for life. Maintenance is done but no one seems to be able to fix the window. It will be 3 days tomorrow and I need my car. They need mechanics to fix these problem things. The service department is fine if all you need is oil change and tire rotation.

New to the area, had this dealership correct and recall, and perform 10 K service per ESP plan. Very good experience, their valet service was awesome, the drivers communicated on pickup and delivery, took before and after pictures of the vehicle to ensure it was returned in the same condition as when picked up. I was impressed!

Extremely busy and even when making an appointment it is on average an hour later before they get to my vehicle. The staff are rude if you question why an appointment is necessary if that time isn't guaranteed. They are the only dealer in GV and they use that to their advantage.

This is a no push to buy place. They answer all your questions and if not they will hunt up the answer for you. I bought two autos there and will say, go talk to them.

I have “maintenance for life” and just stopped in to get an oil change. The wait time used to be a ridiculous 3 weeks - but today I was told the earliest I could schedule a (15 minute) oil change would be in 5 weeks. They intentionally make you wait so long, hoping you will simply get disgusted and go elsewhere (which I will do). But what they don’t realize is that this program is associated with such horrible service that I will never buy another vehicle from them. Why do they sell maintenance for life when they know they can’t efficiently process simple requests?

I'm very pleased with my visit today.In no time the work was performed. I drop off the car before 8 am. And it was ready for pick up before 11:30 .I was offered a shuttle service from home to the service department which I really appreciated.I want to thank Thomas my service advisor for his prompt service. He is a friendly, courteous, polite and very professional person.I want to thank the mechanic that performed the work on my car.It was a good day for me and my appreciation to everyone for the excellent service at Jim Click in Green Valley Az.

I wheeled into the service driveway and explained that I had some "plastic thing" hanging off the rear wheel strut and it was dragging on the road surface. Frankie Apodaca stepped outside, crawled under the vehicle, went and picked up a couple pins, came back, installed the pins and sent us on our way. 5 minutes, in and out, no appointment, no come back at 4pm two days from now. Five minutes! I was stewing all day the day before (Sunday) not driving the vehicle, and called the service Manager Daniel, first thing Monday, and he said to come on in and Frankie would take a look. What a relief and what great service. Five minutes! Thanks guys.
