I am always pleased with their services. They are professional and most importantly honest. I thought I needed rear brakes cause Toyota told me I did several months ago and JM’s told me it wasn’t necessary at this time and I had over 70 % left. They are extremely trustworthy . I am moving out of state and I hope I find an automotive shop as honest and trustworthy as them . They are reasonable regards to price and their work is excellent

Honest reasonable and professional mechanic shop. No more trying others, this is all your vehicle needs shop.
Oh and they also provide shuttle service!! What? No having to wait for hours and hours at a dealership or unknown shop!

We've used JM's for probably 25 years. Always dependable, always honest, always prompt. They have the equipment to do most everything that a dealer can do, saving us the time and extra expense of having to drive to Tucson. From management on down, everyone on staff is knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest technology, as well as being courteous and helpful. I can't imagine going to any other automotive service/repair shop!

Had my car in a couple of weeks ago. granted my thoughts on what was wrong and their diagnosed misfire was correct. They were fast.
However, I drove home the 1 mile at low speeds to my house with no issues. but the following day I experienced the same issue I had stated at freeway speeds. I had another shop that was close to work take a look at it.
This shop had missed a coil with a physical hole blown through (actual cause of the misfire). The original bill was over $800 for diagnostic and repair.
I had the other shop look over Jm's notes which cited an oil leak at my oil filter/intercooler. They said that no leak was present, only some minor discoloration on the block from when it had a previous leak repaired.
I used Jm's several years ago and was happy. But with the current visit I can not recommend them.

Chris was extremely helpful. My car had to be towed and they got back to me the next business day and were extremely understanding of my situation . Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix my problem but they were very honest and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or lied too.
