I love shopping at Joann’s. My last experience was horrible!!! An employee, named Sandra, was very rude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has an off day. She was cutting fabric for a couple and she was very short and irritated at their questions. I was standing by waiting to be next, and she turned and very irritated said “I’ll be with you in a moment”. I let her know that it was ok, as politely as possible!!! Then when she was done she just walked away and continued sweeping. I called at her and she just walked away. I rang the buzzer, and that seemed to have irritated her even more!! She came back and the whole time she was cutting my fabric, she made me feel like her biggest inconvenience of the day! I took my fabric, paid, and left the store. As I’m walking to the car, my son and daughter. Let me know that there was an employee that was sweeping and got mad at them. My daughter was holding a Christmas light up wand showing it to my son. Sandra walked by and asked my daughter if she was going to buy it. My daughter responded “I don’t know”, to what this employee replied, “then put it back!”When my son and daughter told me this, I immediately went back and returned all the fabric, which I needed!! Horrible experience at a store that brings me so much joy!! Please talk to your employee! Be nice! Have patience!!

I’ve had really good luck with Joann fabrics. Buying in-store or having them order from another store! Quality!

I asked for a specific length and she first told me I couldn’t do that length because it wouldn’t fit on my bed? And then cut my fabric crooked so now it is very hard to make my blanket never going back to that Joanns!!

I will be doing more ON-LINE shopping due to this CHRONIC shopping experience. I'll never shop here because,........I Walked in, no one was at the register, I had to look for help. Gal was on a computer. I put my keys on counter, she didn't even look up. I waited, finally she asked " Do you need something?" thread an needles?...... pointing, " threads over there, and needles are on the back wall somewhere, if we have any" I'm told. I go to pay STILL no one is at the register. 3 of us in line, guy behind says "Is everything free today?", then goes looking for help. The same gal who didn't help me, told him " You have to push the buzzer." After locating the buzzer and RINGING it TWICE....... the same gal who told him to ring the buzzer comes to the front stating " You only have to ring the buzzer once" There are now 4 of us waiting to pay. Is this NEW America where paying customers are treated like dirt? Can management be mandating this kind of behavior? Does it come from the CEO? Why are people treating each other this way? Since COVID people have become rude. What happened to play nice and take a nap? This is America! If you don't like your JOB, go find a better one. BECOME a PRISON GUARD if being mean is your thing!

Entire staff, including management or "key holder" (or whatever title they've been given) are TOTALLY APATHETIC! Can't even say they're rude because that would take some kind of energy! Go to Tucson unless it's a necessity. You'll get better prices, sales and savings and won't have to nudge your clerk to check for a pulse at ring out.

Clean store but a bit overpriced. Sewing machine needles were very scarce. Ended up going to Cathy’s just a few doors down.

Very helpful cashier who made sure I was able to buy patterns for the sale price even though the sale ended the day before.

Very dissatisfied. I bought large flip top decore boxes to use for Christmas. They took the order, then DAYS later sent email saying some of them were cancelled. They didn't even offer a different item as substitute. I should have stuck with Michael's or Amazon.

Smaller store... But good customer service.. Especially at cutting counter. Can't get everything you can get at larger stores... But still a great place to get your fabric and crafting needs. ?

Wildly high prices and low stock. One employee was very sweet and I did find a couple items I needed, but I think I'll go with Amazon for most of my craft ans sewing supplies.
