If I could give this place zero stars I would! Horrible experience since the first day we stepped into this place! First off, no one here has any customer service skills what so ever! So manners, no etiquette.. They got my daughter mixed up with another girl as we were sitting waiting for her exam. If it wasn't for me standing up and saying something, then the old man opthomaligist would of put the wrong patients info on the wrong file! Then to add to it, the assistant smelled heavily of cigarette smoke! Come on now.. really? In a medical facility! Then to top it off, we waited lil over two weeks for my daughter's glasses to be ready! I was told they would call me and send me a text to notify me when ready! Well, I never heard from them and after a week I kept calling and calling them to no one asnsweing the phone and being sent to a full voicemail! So, I physically went into the store when I had the opportunity and was told they were ready a week after her appointment! I asked them why they didn't call me and they stated they did and clarified my number with me. I never once received a call from them! No one here is polite, courtese or smiles! They didn't even offer to fit her glasses! Not going back here again!

Nationwide green valley Terrible customer service especially with the lady's up front very very rude and not polite at all I will not be going back there.

This was my first ever tele-med with a doctor. The whole experience was terrific. I had a good review with the provider and was able to see my films of my retinas. I’m very impressed.

They have absolutely terrible customer service. They never get back to you after they tell you that they will. And most of the time when you try calling them, noone answers and you can't even leave a message because the recording says that the mailbox is full. (What does that tell you?) Be very skeptical of any glowing reviews as they are most likely phony.

Two timess I have gotten glasses that look like the peel came off the lenses in slashes. First time they wouldn't fix it I thought it was an abbreviation so I let it go. Then I got two pairs of glasses again and one pair did the same thing. These were not inexpensive glasses over 400 each. Whoever is filling their prescriptions definitely sucks at their job. Will never go there again. Great frames low quality lenses

I have had three pairs of glasses and I have no complaints. Actually five pairs of glasses.However it’s 2023, I ordered glasses from this store on 02/14/23. I waited for at least 14 business days and no glasses. I called 03/02/23 three times. The first call I got disconnected. The second call I got a recording, as I did the third call. 03/03/23 called again, said my name and was told that they had not come in and they will call me.03/11/23 called again and no answer so I drove down to the store and It was closed and they had a sign saying they had staffing issues and call the Tucsan store. I called them and they didn’t have them there.03/14/23 I called the store here and someone answered and said they were going to call me when they came in.I waited until 03/16/23 called again and still no glasses.I waited over a month and now I am not happy with the quality of the service, staffing issues are not about my glasses getting made or delivered, especially since they have another store that is covering the delivery.I have cancelled the order through my credit card because of the issues that they did not follow through.

I love the experience in nationwide vision store 69. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Especially faviola she is patient and friendly with me and gave me alot of information I needed. ☺

Horrible customer service. Receptionists are always in a bad mood and have a bad attitude. Don't bother speaking to anyone in charge they don't care. Seriously wonder how they are still in business.

My family had such a pleasant experience yesterday with the staff at this Nationwide Vision store. Vanessa goes far and beyond with her kindness and servitude. Viviane has a wonderful disposition and patience while serving you from behind the desk. Maria U. is so people friendly and helped us to feel comfortable as she took us one by one to start the eye testing before seeing the provider. What can I say about Lisa? She is just fabulous. I have a big family and she took care of all of our eye needs and preferences. Thank you, thank you, thank you!❤️❤️

I absolutely love this particular Nationwide Vision center. They have the most customer service friendly staff ever. Lisa Bergier goes far and beyond to help you pick the right eye plan. Not to mention, her expertise in fitting you with your new glasses. So glad I left my old vision store. What a wonderful experience. ❤️

The receptionists and assistant manager saved my life! I used to be a Nationwide patient for many years but due to them being out of network with my insurance, I haven’t seen them in a while. Well I’m going on vacation and I needed some contacts asap and they were very helpful and sweet! They managed to provide me with some and I won’t have to wear my glasses on the beach. In February I’ll be making my appointment to come back for my check up. I just know that you will all be helpful and welcoming again. Thank you ladies!

Got an appointment faster then other eye glass places. We had good eye exams and recommendations on what was needed. Girls at front desk were very friendly and helpful.. Received our glasses in a timely manner during the Christmas and New Years holidays.. Very happy with the service the people and our glasses.. Thank you!!!

Totally irresponsible service! Dropped off scratch glasses for repair, desk woman said est pickup etc. Calls back much later saying oops we forgot to mention you actually need an exam. This causes us to need to come back to Green Valley to get glasses & drive up to Tanque Verde location where they actually have a Dr. on staff. Long story short this added 4 hours & over $50 in fuel loss to our day. Horrible service would not recommend this location!

Absolutely love this location. Jennifer is amazing. Explains everything and answers any questions or concerns you might have. Just a wonderful person. I could talk to her all day if we had the time.
