My dogs' food was on sale. Saved me $5.00. I shop there exclusively i went back to buy more it was not displayed so the salesman checked his computer. Said it would be in Friday. As I walked to my car, he came running with the right bag. Told me it had been mislocated. Thanked him repeatedly. Went back inside and paid. That's above and beyond!

Alex was helping us yesterday to pick some things out for my dog who had surgery. He was super helpful, patient allowed us to make sure a cone fit by letting us into the training room to have me try it on him we asked for recommendations with the pajamas size and he allowed us to use a tape measure and he helped show us where items where in the store. Thank you for hiring such a nice and helpful patient young man to your store. He is a good employee. I do hope management will see what a good kid they have working there.

Very helpful staff helped made sure I found everything I needed for my dogs. There is a wide variety of collars, harnesses, leashes, treats, food and toys. Everything I needed was there. Great store!

The manager John is very rude to customers I don't know if he means to do it or if I was the only one he's done it too on four separate occasions the two recent one was I was in the store body language everything how he talked to me he didn't want to be there and he didn't want no one in there that he thought was beneath him so the second time I called up there he pretended that the merchandise they didn't even sell and then when I asked who I was talking to he actually hung up on me very rude the rest of the people that work there are completely amazing I love the store because of those people I think he needs to be re-coached as a manager how to give respect to customers

Walked in for crickets which typically doesn't take very long. I approached the only person on the sales floor for help. As she was preparing to get the crickets for me she excused herself to help someone who had just approached the check out counter. Call me old school but I believe you should assist the customer in front of you first then proceed to the others. My request would've taken less than 2 minutes to complete and I would've paid and left happy. Instead I stood by the crickets for a little over 5 minutes and left. Poor staffing. And poor customer service training.

Had my dog scheduled days, if not at least a week out, for a cleaning. These lovely people decided to cancel my appointment the day of. They left a message with zero details as to why it was cancelled. Pathetic customer service.
