Talked to a Hyundai salesman and told him that Amazon was going to start selling Hyundais next year (2024) online. He didn't believe me and said they (the dealership) weren't going to let that happen. It's bad enough having to deal with a sales person when buying a vehicle, but dealing with an ignorant one is worse.

Took my car in 2 days ago after making appointment 1 month ago. The drivers side window quit working and I needed maintenance for life. Maintenance is done but no one seems to be able to fix the window. It will be 3 days tomorrow and I need my car. They need mechanics to fix these problem things. The service department is fine if all you need is oil change and tire rotation.

Extremely busy and even when making an appointment it is on average an hour later before they get to my vehicle. The staff are rude if you question why an appointment is necessary if that time isn't guaranteed. They are the only dealer in GV and they use that to their advantage.

Jim Click will no longer get my business. Trying to get service on my Ford, but because i want to apply my own oils, they won't do it . The only Ford dealer that acts this way, yet when i go to the one in Nogales AZ, or Phoenix they give zero issues and perform the service while i provide the supplies... Definitely need to look into your "policy" and make changes and price better service.

I am updating my recent review because after returning to AZ and contacting Daniel the Service Manager he asked that I bring my vehicle back in and after I showed him the saved parts from the KIA dealer in WA and another going over by his shop, he graciously acknowledged the shoddy service from his service center, apologized, and also without our request made the experience financially right. I am giving another star because of Daniel's professionalism and acknowledgement of the mistakes made. The problems we incurred should not and would not have happened if the mechanics had been experienced and qualified.

The service department is really disappointing. It took weeks to schedule an oil change. They "recommended" a radiator flush @ 60k miles, even though it's not recommended by Ford. It took 3.5 hours for the scheduled "The Works Service". They forgot to reset the service interval so the car flashed the wrench lite making me think that something broke on my car. In the past, I've had issues with them returning phone calls and keeping me informed when my car was ready for pickup. They no longer provide shuttle service and the free snacks are gone and replaced with a "cafe" where you have to pay. A cost for a check engine lite diagnosis was significantly higher than the other highly recommended service shop in town, Hickey Automotive.

Experienced terrible service here a few times in years past, tried again recently and absolutely no change. Better off going to an independent shop locally, try Raggs automotive they will go above and beyond to help you out.

Second time I have taken my vehicle in for a routine oil change and it took over two and a half hours... First time was 2 pm in the afternoon and they said they were behind... they informed me that information after I was there two hours! This morning I was one of the first appointments 7:30am called after two hours and again they said they were behind...Not Acceptable! If you can't be on time with appointments you need to rethink being in service! Your time is money, the people and vehicles that you service are on time is money too! No reason for not having an oil change, routine maintenance done in LESS then two hours!

Left an extensive review yesterday. Prices are outrageous. $150 to do a "diagnostics" test. But they would use that if I opted to get their overpriced work done there. They gave me a list of all the things I "needed" to have done. Cabin filter, air filter, Oil change, brakes, brake line bleed and a whole bunch of other stuff. Sorry, (no not really), but their prices and implied "safety" concerns to try and force me to get things done that I don't want or need. I just wonder how many other of their customers are intimidated into buying these things. Things they may or may not need, with no way of confirming that need. Needed a ride home. But they don't do that anymore. COVID was blamed. There wasn't a comfortable seat in the building. All blocked of because of COVID. The Cafe was closed. Yep. COVID again. But people walked into the dealership, not wearing their masks, even with all the signs. The service person greeted them. Opened the door. Escorted them into the dealership. No mention of a mask. No attempt at 6 ft distancing. Makes me sad. Will never go there again. Will never tell anyone to go there.

First off, let me state that the dealership has been working with me for the past months to resolve an electrical issue with my 2015 Hyundia Azera Limited. However, the issue continues! Here we go again! Drove my Hyundia Azera on the 26th of September to church and various other places. Went to start it today to take it out to DM AFB for shopping. Well, pushed the start button and nothing happened! Opened the hood, used my volt meter to check the battery voltage - 6.69 volts registered on the meter! Hooked up my carry jump start battery and the car wouldn't recognize my key! Unhooked the jump battery, hooked it up again. This time the car started. Let it run for 45 minutes. Voltage went up to 12.21 volts. Took our other car on our shopping trip. 3 hours latter, we arrived home and I checked the battery voltage and it registered 12.02 volts. This is getting old fast!!! This battery discharge issue has been going on since late December 2019. The Jim Click Dealership in Green Valley has replaced the battery, Alternator and a radio head unit, which did not resolve the issue. It had been left at the dealership several times now, both Green Valley and Tucson. Neither center has been able to duplicate my voltage drops and dead battery after 5-7 days sitting in my garage. I would keep a daily log of how much the battery would drop in a given week. The battery would deplete enough in 5-7 days, that I had to jump the car. I would also put the battery on my battery charger over night as well. I provided My documentation to the dealership. This last visit to the dealership, where they performed daily battery checks, after 7 days they found the battery did not drop significantly and started right up at the last day it was there. I'm told there is nothing else they can due!!! I phoned them today about what took place and haven't heard back from the Service Manager as of yet. This last visit was my 6th visit to them. We even tried disconnecting other components and I would park the car in my garage and see if that component system resolved the issue. Over the past many months and the voyage drops would continue!!! This car needs to be returned to the dealer and some sort of exchange needs to occur. It is a lemon no question about that!!! I have lost faith in the car and don't consider it road worthy any longer. I only have a little over 64000 miles on it.
