Don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor them. Saw that those signed in before me did not have appointments, but they went first.

Says on website that covid testing is free and walk in. I get there and they said they don't do free rapid covid test. Plus I had to go on another site to see if I am eligible to get the test and had to pay $110. That's why I went there for a free rapid covid test. Update your website so people won't be mislead.

Horrible staff no common sense. They rather have you wait around to tell you when called back what they can't do instead of guide you to where you should go instead.

I had more than an hour wait. The computer went down so, instead of announcing that to the room, they started taking people as they came in. Therefore, more than 8 people who came in after me were taken in. Problems happen. Staff should be trained to be able to think of a solution. These can't.

MIRANDA, THE SONORA QUEST SUPERVISOR FOR GREEN VALLEY NEEDS YOU TO CALL HER IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH STAFF MEMBER PRISCILLA IN GREEN VALLEY.Had to finally speak to Miranda, the staff supervisor for Sonora Quest in Green Valley. One of the staff, Priscilla, has done a 'poor' job of customer service for my wife and I. The last two times, Priscilla claimed we didn't have appointments. I showed her the emails from Sonora Quest we did. She then began telling us we didn't do the paperwork necessary for the appointment. We told her we did the Q&A online through the guide on their website. We advised Priscilla their website doesn't let you move forward to the next screen's that finally confirm the appointment, so the proof of our appointment 'confirmation' shows we did what was required. Priscilla didn't like this. She made us do the paperwork in writing, while my wife with a 100 degree temp, 81 years old, had to wait 30 minutes after a scheduled 8am appointment. Priscilla was more interested in pointing fingers at us and speaking this way 'in front of other patients' checking in next to us.I explained to Miranda our last 3 experience's with Priscilla in about 6 months, hasn't been good and if for any reason their computer appointment system failed to have the information. All Priscilla had to say, "our appointment software system via computer may have made an error and would you mind doing a new Q&A?"But no!, Priscilla spoke to us as children in front of other patients and a fellow staff member there at the counter.3 visits ago a fellow staff member had to correct Priscilla when the Sonora website had changed, stating patients are allowed to do WALK-IN visits without an appointment, which we were directed to do by our physician 30 minutes earlier. She tried pulling the, "we can't see you unless you've made an appointment", routine she seemed to have down Pat.Well, Priscilla didn't like being corrected by her fellow staff member in front of the public. It really seems she doesn't want to do the work at the computer to check in patients and simply passes it on to the patients. So like I've said, call Miranda at Sonora Quest in Tucson, she really wants to hear from you about trouble with customer service from Priscilla in Green Valley.

I guess screwing up is typical for this place. My Dr ordered labs that got partially drawn then the ones they did draw didn't get sent to the Dr. They had to look them on the Sonoran website. Now I have get them drawn again in the Dr office.

Do not go there. My Dr. twice sent me their for routine blood work. They were utterly incompetent and the office staff should be properly trained or dismissed. My blood work, drawn by this office, was improperly handled and could not be analyzed. My Dr.and I no longer use them

Awful experience. My employer scheduled my drug test here. I walked in to get it done one day and they told me they don't accept walk-ins for testing, which is just unheard of. They also told me there is only one other place in Tucson that does drug testing (in Oro Valley) which is a complete lie. They told me if I wanted to try to walk in I had to come in during the morning but there is no guarantee (which is just GREAT if you have a job) and that their next appointment for a drug test was a WEEK out. We're talking about a 5min pee test here, and they wanted me to schedule it a week out. This is absurd.I went to ARC Point Testing the next afternoon when I got off work. I walked in without an appointment and was done in less than 10min.Don't even bother with the Sonora Quest jokers just go somewhere else...

Very bad experience. I was there for hours and hours. I was drinking water the whole time. When I had to leave a urine same they said the technician who helped me wasn’t available and made me wait another 1-1/2 hours. I was sick to my stomach and actually ran out of their office to vomit. I am convinced I was experiencing water intoxication. There is no reason why one of the other girls couldn’t help me. I believe I was discriminated against by them.

Horrible service or lack there of. Went in for blood work and was told they were book and I need an appointment, this was after I signed in and sat down in an empty waiting room for 15 minutes. 2 people came out and no one came in, the staff was just standing around talking.

I've have to come here multiple times, every time I get here I'm treated like a bother. Even asking a simple question about which option I can check on the kiosk seems to be a huge burden to the staff. Instead of simply answering me, I'm told "you can't come up here, you need to wait until I call you."

I was told the lab work would cost around 130 bucks, imagine my surprise when I got hit with a 740 dollar bill. Either CVS got something wrong or I got robbed.... Oh well.
