“The actual rental went fine. The vehicle was clean and worked well for my purposes. The only issue was the ACTUAL location. I was directed to one uhaul, but the vehicle was at another. Since I had taken an Uber, I had to walk in the noon Arizona sun. However, it was only 15 minutes and the staff at both locations were helpful and empathetic. Overall quite happy with this rental.”
