Always a long line and not enough workers. There are no chairs to sit while waiting in line for up to 20 minutes. We are old people with bad backs and knees and need a little help while waiting in line. Green Valley population is 22,000 with average age of 72, we can’t stand for very long waiting for the next person to help with our UPS return.

The manager here is a real piece of work. Pay on time always and they keep closing the box. For no reason. You come in and surprised your box is suddenly closed. Repeatedly. You’ve paid and paid on time. For years. Their system is flawed for box holders. But a captive audience for packages. Just, as a box holder, yeah, go elsewhere. They offer unreliable mail delivery - haven’t received many a package - or mail piece and they are completely belligerent - manager Angie most staff - which is absurd when you have someone who pays you reliably time after time and finds their box repeatedly closed for no reason.and then you are told you are the belligerent one when you try to figure out the issue. Paying on time. Why are you repeatedly closing my box?? You’re the one at fault. Ok. Yeah, it’s me the one paying you on time but you keep closing my box. Huh??? My strong advice…Go elsewhere. Unreliable mail delivery coupled with the belligerent manager who can’t seem to process payments properly and blames the entire thing on you and corporate. The customer who pays on time and just wants their box not to be repeatedly closed for no reason. Yep. Must be me.

The place is always busy, and the employees are always helpful with my needs. They even have an alternate option for dropping off Amazon items instead of having to wait that’s usually available. That’s all I need

Horrible service!! Especially when they call you to let you know, they have a package that you sent but then can't find it in their office.
Update: Angie the manage very helpful and polite. The men I had to deal with on Sunday need to take notes from her and not dismiss a client because they have to actually work. Thank you Angie for your help, very much appreciated!

I went in to the UPS store a few days ago to print some documents. I was having trouble printing them, without hesitation Jailen jumped in and helped me. She went above and beyond. She is such a doll! The UPS store in GV is so lucky to have her! Thank you so much Jailen! :)

The customer service here is great. I needed some help shipping things and I had no clue where to even start. Employees named Morgan and Robert were both extremely helpful and kind to me. They helped me carry in heavy things from my vehicle and helped me through the whole shipping process. Thank you!

Angie, the ups store manager was lovely. I called ahead to ask if they could help unload a heavy 100 lb. package from my vehicle. She reassured me they definitely could. When I arrived manager Angie quickly had two gentlemen named Robert and Morgan carry my package inside. They handed me my receipt and I was on my way in a jiffy. I was so impressed with the service I received I just had to call back to thank them personally! There were awesome!

I needed a document notarized, and to ensure someone would be there that can do it, I called and it gave me the option to select “Notary hours” which clearly said was until 5pm Mon-Fri. When I got up there, I waited in line for a bit and was then told that those hours aren’t right, but they would check to see if they could do it since the person was still there. He comes back and said unfortunately it can’t be done today. It’s a near 20 minute drive one way. I can deal with waiting in line if the service was provided, but this was a waste of time and money/gas. Ended up going to a local notary in Rancho. The kid working the counter is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. While he was unable to assist, he was still friendly.

Oh my goodness where to begin. I believe his name was Morgan and he was truly TRULY a help in deciding which stamps I should get for my mother’s company. Every single one of the staff there are always so friendly especially Morgan. I truly commend them for their exceptional professionalism and hard work during this turbulent time of the year. Such an exemplary team of customer service representatives, especially Morgan 😊😊😊.
