UPS store in Greenvalley unbelievably helpfull.Have spent several mornings there dealing with documents for a land closing. Couldn't have gotten it done without the awesome personal.

It cost over 5 dollars to print a amazon return label here. I have never had it cost over 2 dollar before. I had the option for a dollar to have Amazon print them for me and send them to me via mail, by simply checking a box. I should of done that.

Everyone was so nice and even though busy, they told us they appreciated us waiting and the diversity of the employees in the store. Love to see it and very important in this day and age. Representation and kindness matter!! I will keep going here and always have a box because it is secure and to know where I am putting my money.

Shane was very welcoming and helpful with packing and shipping of 13 boxes. Other staff were also efficient and helpful as the store became busier.

Every time I go to this store for Amazon returns it always takes 15-20 minutes because they never have some specific for Amazon returns. Every clerk has something complicated and slow moving. I know the store gets a lot of Amazon returns and these people always have to wait too long for something that takes like a minute. I think the store should consider having a clerk designated clerk for Amazon returns. The line would never be long if that were the case.

I love everyone that works in the Green Valley UPS store. They are all soooo helpful and knowledgeable. It’s always nice to see their smiling faces . Just shows that they enjoy working there.

Every time I use The UPS Store, I encounter friendly helpful employees. No matter how busy they are the customer service is outstanding. So refreshing!!!

Went there today to ship back some batteries from Chins who sent a return label. The clueless manager told me UPS doesn't return ship batteries. The original label was an UPS label that Chins used to shipped the batteries. I absolutely hate worthless lying employees who don't want to do their jobs. I went to a UPS store in Vail and they shipped the batteries back to Chins. I don't understand why employees are so lazy today. Thank God there are plenty of UPS stores that do their job.

This store is great for returning Amazon items and other shipping requirements, but on numerous times there have been lines out the door with people in line, people with multiple items needing to be packaged and those not knowing what they want to send, while everyone wanting to simply drop off an amazon return waits for these unprepared people to decide what they are trying to do in life at the age of 67.......When it gets that busy, why isn't there someone that can simply dedicate one line for these returns? Why don't you tell these people that have multiple items that need to be packaged and shipped to the 97 different places on the planet that they will have to do two at a time.I saw at least 4 people leave without having any service.

Have dealt with this location a few years and they are fantastic. The manager, I think his name is Abe, is extremely efficient and courteous. They are prompt even when busy. I couldn't ask for a better operation.

They lie about Amazon returns and always try to sell you a package they tell you that if you don't buy one of their packaging envelopes or boxes to return your Amazon goods, Amazon will deduct something from your return amount. This is a lie don't fall for it they tricked my fourteen-year-old son into paying for an envelope after it clearly said on his Amazon code to just drop it off no package no postage No label needed. Everybody in the store has been trained to do this I've been asked many times to purchase a package so is my girlfriend and I overheard them trying to sub packaging to almost everybody in line doing Amazon returns.

I have had to recently move my Mom away from her Arizona home. The staff at this store is, honestly, the best customer service I have ever had. They have been a bright spot in an otherwise rather difficult time for me. They have been kind, extremely helpful and always pleasant. I can't thank them enough for how they treated me. They are really superstars. I work in HR so I know a great staff when I come across one and this is a great staff. Every single one of them. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would! Please thank them again for me!

Customer service is great at this store,1997 in Green Valley. Yesterday, Ray helped me ship a return order from my phone. He was friendly, helpful and taught me how to do it. He is a great asset to the store.

In November 2022 my daughter and I were mailing many paintings to Washington state from your Green Valley store. Abel Stone helped us tremendously to get everything organized for shipping. He was wonderful and sweet and efficient in helping us and we appreciated the attention to detail he offered. Thanks again for your thoughtful and kind assistance.
