I have banked with US Bank for over 50 years in various locations across the United States. I have nothing but praise for the Green Valley location as I have always received excellent prompt and courteous service. Great job for a small location.

Up until now I’ve had good experiences and have left good reviews and have recommended US Bank to several people but the service in this branch was horrible. I was told to go in the branch and to open an account but I got there at 2:32 and was told they don’t open accounts after 2:30. After I explained that I was told to come in “at any time” she said they were customer service and “they work from home” and don’t know what goes on at the branch and they have nothing to do with them “because it’s another department”.Not a surprise this branch has such bad reviews. Here’s another one.

I have been with U.S. Bank for 50 years. When I moved to Green Valley about a year and a half ago, I transferred to the Green Valley Branch. Twice during that time, I had my account suspended for "suspicious purchase". I was not notified, and when I attempted to make a purchase with the card, it would not run. I had to call to find what had happened. I had ordered checks for one of two checking accounts I have. The checks were sent for an account which I do not use checks. When the checks were written, there was over draft notices and charges, I had to pay for the misprinted checks,and then pay again to order checks with the appropriate number. My options are to find a U.S. Bank branch in another town or change banks entirely.

I have been with U.S. Bank for over 30 years when they took over FirStar Bank in Illinois. I was concerned when moving to Arizona ten years ago if I could even find U.S. Bank there. It was touch and go for a while but when this Branch opened, it was great - only 35 miles away. Since I shop at Safeway there it was no problem and all the people working at the Branch are and have been super helpful, kind and considerate of my needs. Of course now with all you can do with your phone when banking - everything is so much easier, except when you really need to see a banker in person. I've never had a problem making an appointment for those services at this Branch, and really, not at any Branch office. I love my U.S. Bankers.

PULLING ALL OF OUR MONEY - 10 YEAR CUSTOMER AND TODAY WHEN WE NEED A LARGE MONEY WIRE, THEY ARE CLOSED TO NETWORK ISSUES. BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE CAN HELP US. US BANK HAS OUR MONEY AND WE CAN'T GET IT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have recently moved to the Tucson Green Valley area. Having a 20yr relationship with US Bank . I wasted no time to getting familiar with the Green Valley branch facility. The staff was friendly and proficient in all the banking tasks I needed to make my resources accessible, protected, and ready to use via low interest line of credit and debit cards. US Bank has had my back during the current covid-19 pandemic and economic havic it has caused, with expertise provided to sucessfuly navigate the SBA EIDL, and PPP assistance. Providing funds to keep my buiseness open and my staff employed. THANK YOU US BANK
