I would like to give this post office 5stars but missed out on few things
Well first
We have a scheduled appointment for two of my kids for passports
this obnoxious gentleman didn't wanna see any of my kids because we were 6 mins late,
I can understand we forfeit one spot, but refused the other?
Welp i wouldn't really mind
If its not been too hard to get these appointments set up and have my daughters excuse for school while working then i wouldn't fret but dang no compassion shown
Better try my luck on other place i guess
Skip this one folks, i meant this guy in the counter
Have no issues with others
Lovely two ladies who helped me before

Staff is always kind I leave my card here. When I mail things in line they go through the line very quickly there is always a line but the staff is very good about going quick

My certified mail was lost. So much for paying extra to have your mail tracked. I was told that the package would be sent back to me because the recipient was not available when it was delivered. This was also very skeptical considering that the recipient is open 6 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Several weeks have passed and nothing has ever been returned to me.

Visited for the first time today to apply for passports. Very busy facility but had a quick working staff that kept line moving. Our clerk Subelah was very friendly and made our passport process enjoyable and not stressful.

Yes well,…I just have to say kudos to you guys at this post office ?!…Since our cluster boxes ?️ were destroyed you are exceptionally nice w/assurance of our safe delivery of our mail to you….thx for all the extra work this has brought upon you. You are professionals!

Very courteous and helpful. Came in for a passport apointment, answered my questions and took processed my applications, clean place nice Staff.

Busy post office. Staff turnover seems to be high. Not sure why, never see the same faces, unusual for a small town facility. They are helpful and friendly though

I would LOVE to give this one negative stars. My company was hired to perform construction work for this company back in 2021. We performed work there and they have refused to pay us ever since.If a company can't (or refuses) to pay their bills, why are they still in business? Everyone should know this about this Green Valley USPS.This company is a disgrace! And if you're a contractor, vendor, service professional - DO NOT PERFORM ANY WORK FOR THEM BEFORE YOU RECEIVE PAYMENT!!!THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS!!!!

Yes, it is summer so snowbirds are gone. The past few times I have been to the post office the service was quick and the clerks were most helpful and friendly. Same applies to winter snowbird season except there was always a line.
